Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Hand-curated from widely taught business-planning practice; the market-analysis and executive-summary builders structure the caller's own input and invent no market data or figures; fully local, zero upstream calls

"What goes in an executive summary?", "what's the difference between a lean plan and a full plan?", "what financial projections do I need at the idea stage?" — a fully local guide to the standard business-plan structure, scaled to the plan type you actually need and the stage your business is actually at.
section_guide explains one of the nine standard sections — executive summary, company description, market
analysis, organization & management, products & services, marketing & sales strategy, financial projections,
funding request, appendix — with its purpose, typical length, and (when you give a stage) what belongs in it at
the idea, pre-launch, early-revenue, growth, or mature stage specifically. section_list lists all nine in
order. full_template returns the ordered, full-detail section list for a plan type. plan_type_guide compares
four plan types — traditional full plan, lean/one-page plan, pitch-deck-style plan, and internal strategic plan —
and when each fits. plan_length_guide gives typical page length per section and in total for a plan type.
stage_guidance explains what a plan should emphasize and de-emphasize at each business stage — an idea-stage
plan leans on the size of the problem and founder-market fit; a growth-stage plan leans on unit economics and a
named next milestone. financial_section_checklist scales the financial-projections checklist to a stage, from a
simple assumption-based model at idea stage to a full 3-statement model with scenario planning at growth stage.
common_mistakes lists frequent business-plan mistakes with fixes — unstated financial assumptions, claiming "no
competitors," an undefended market-size number, and more.
market_analysis_builder and executive_summary_builder structure your own inputs — industry, target customer,
competitors, company, mission, product, market, ask — into a first-draft section, with placeholders marking what
still needs your own research.
The two builders assemble a draft directly from your own input and invent no market data, competitor information, or financial figures — the placeholders they leave are intentional. The section structure, plan-type comparison, stage guidance, financial checklist, and common mistakes are hand-curated from widely taught business-planning practice, not pulled from any one template vendor or accelerator's playbook.
General information and structure guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice — have a lawyer or accountant review anything you actually file, sign, or rely on financially. It doesn't know your specific market or numbers; the builders structure what you tell them, they don't research or verify it for you.
Effective 25 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.
What Bizplan is. Bizplan is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a fully local business-plan template guide — section-by-section structure by business stage, plan-type comparison, a stage-scaled financial checklist, common-mistakes reference, and a market-analysis/executive-summary builder. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the text or values needed for that one response.
What we receive. the arguments of each tool call — a section, plan-type, or stage name to look up, or your own industry/target-customer/competitor or company/mission/product/market/ask details to structure into a draft, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered locally and nothing is stored. The two builders assemble a draft directly from the text you send us and invent no market data, competitor information, or financial figures; section, plan-type, stage and mistake content is answered from a bundled hand-curated reference file — there is no upstream call at all; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a profile from your queries — each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Because a market-analysis or executive-summary draft can include real, sometimes confidential business plans, we want to be explicit: we do not log, retain, or use anything you send us for these builders beyond producing that one response.
Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Bizplan is a general-audience business-planning template guide operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
