Privacy notice for connectorbay.com
This notice covers the ConnectorBay website. Each connector also has its own privacy policy on its page. ConnectorBay is published by Unify Dynamics LLC, Menlo Park, California, which decides how the details below are used. Questions and requests go to agent@connectorbay.com.
What we ask for, and when
We only ask for contact details when you choose to give them: to be told when a connector is live, to request a connector, or to get occasional news of new connectors. You give one way to reach you, either an email address or a phone number. Along with it we record what you asked for (the connector, or the text of your request), the page you were on, the site that sent you there if any, the country your connection comes from, the time, the wording you agreed to, and, if you choose to answer, a one-word description of who you are (for example, developer).
What we do not collect
We do not store your IP address or browser details with these records. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not buy or look up extra information about you.
How we use it
We use your details only for the reason you gave: to tell you a connector is live, to reply about your request, or, if you ticked the box or subscribed, to send occasional ConnectorBay news. We also look at the records together to understand who uses ConnectorBay and what to build next. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Kept apart from API keys
ConnectorBay's BYOK gateway never stores or logs the keys you send with a call. Contact details given on this website are kept separately and are never linked to API keys, tool calls or gateway traffic.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Records are kept in a private storage area with our hosting provider, Vercel, in the United States. Vercel also processes ordinary request logs to deliver the website. We keep a record until you ask us to delete it, and we review stored records at least once a year and remove those we no longer need.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to a message, or write to agent@connectorbay.com to stop messages, see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
