ISO/aperture/shutter exposure calculator, equivalent-exposure cheat sheets and Sunny 16 math
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
adjust_exposureequivalent_exposure_tablestops_betweenexposure_valueev_to_settingsscene_presetlist_scenessunny16_calculatorexposure_glossaryLumeratio is a fully local exposure-triangle (ISO/aperture/shutter speed) calculator and cheat sheet. adjust_exposure takes a correctly-exposed baseline, one setting that changed, and which of the other two to solve for, using real stops-based reciprocity math. equivalent_exposure_table generates a cheat-sheet of equivalent aperture/shutter pairs at a fixed ISO, several full stops wider and narrower than a baseline. stops_between computes how many stops separate two ISO, aperture or shutter-speed values. exposure_value computes the Exposure Value for an aperture/shutter/ISO combination; ev_to_settings converts an EV back into a matching setting. scene_preset gives a hand-curated recommended starting exposure for 15 named scenes (bright sun, overcast, golden hour, indoor lighting at three brightness levels, night city, astrophotography, action sports indoor/outdoor, fireworks, backlit portraits) with a plain-language note; list_scenes browses them all. sunny16_calculator applies the classic Sunny 16 rule and its cloudy/shade variants to compute a correct shutter speed without a meter. exposure_glossary defines core terms: stop, exposure value, exposure triangle, reciprocity, Sunny 16, ISO invariance, latitude, the 500 rule, base ISO. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Real computation (stops-based exposure reciprocity, Exposure Value formula, Sunny 16 rule arithmetic); scene presets are hand-curated from standard, decades-stable photographic convention, not a figure that changes over time; fully local, zero upstream calls
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

Color-grading terms, creative looks with the color-theory reasoning behind each, and how LUTs work
"I'm at f/8 1/125 ISO 100, what shutter speed do I need at f/16?", "give me equivalent exposures around f/4 1/500", "what settings should I start with for a night city street shot?" — real exposure-triangle math and a cheat sheet, not a vague explanation of "more light, less light."
adjust_exposure takes a correctly-exposed ISO/aperture/shutter baseline, one setting that changed to a new
value, and which of the remaining two settings to solve for — real stops-based reciprocity math, not a lookup
table. equivalent_exposure_table generates the cheat sheet photographers keep in their head: every equivalent
aperture/shutter pair a few full stops wider and narrower than a baseline, at a fixed ISO. stops_between
computes exactly how many stops separate two ISO, aperture, or shutter-speed values and which direction is more
light. exposure_value computes the Exposure Value (EV) for a setting combination; ev_to_settings converts an
EV number back into a matching aperture or shutter speed. scene_preset gives a hand-curated recommended
starting exposure — with a plain-language note on why — for 15 named scenes: bright sun, slight/heavy overcast,
golden hour, three levels of indoor lighting, night city streets, astrophotography, daylight and indoor sports,
fireworks, and backlit portraits (list_scenes browses them all). sunny16_calculator applies the classic
Sunny 16 rule and its cloudy/shade variants to compute a correct shutter speed without a meter at all.
exposure_glossary defines the core vocabulary: stop, Exposure Value, exposure triangle, reciprocity, Sunny 16,
ISO invariance, full stop, latitude, the 500 rule, base ISO.
Not a light meter and not a substitute for one. Scene presets are starting points based on standard, decades-old photographic convention (the Sunny 16 rule and its common variants) — real light varies with latitude, season, time of day, haze and your specific camera and lens, so treat every preset as a place to start metering from, not a guaranteed correct exposure. All of the math here is standard photographic stops/EV arithmetic, computed locally every time.

What Lumeratio is. Lumeratio is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a fully local exposure-triangle (ISO/aperture/shutter speed) calculator and cheat sheet: solving for a changed setting, generating equivalent-exposure tables, computing stops and Exposure Value, applying the Sunny 16 rule, and giving a hand-curated reference of starting settings for common scenes. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup or calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — an ISO, aperture, shutter speed, a scene name, a light condition, or an Exposure Value — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered from bundled reference data and/or local computation, and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant or your name, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Lumeratio is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
