About

Networkline is a fully local professional-networking conversation toolkit. icebreaker_by_context returns 1-5 original opening lines for one of six event contexts, optionally filled in with your own topic; context_list lists them, and random_icebreaker returns just one. conversation_deepener gives follow-up lines by strategy: deepen the thread, pivot to the person, find common ground, or exit gracefully. group_conversation_entry_lines gives lines for joining a group conversation already in progress, each tagged with when to use it. solo_attendee_tips covers attending alone. contact_exchange_line gives phrasing for asking to stay in touch at three levels of directness. common_mistakes lists frequent networking-conversation missteps with fixes. follow_up_message drafts a post-event message in one of four styles from the event and topic discussed. Every line is an original template to adapt in your own voice. Keyless; zero upstream calls; nothing submitted is stored.

What Networkline is for

"What do I say to a stranger at this conference", "how do I join a group that's already talking", "how do I network alone", "how do I ask for someone's contact info without it being awkward" — an original conversation- starter and networking-etiquette toolkit for professional events.

What it does

icebreaker_by_context returns 1-5 original opening lines tuned to one of six event types — conference, alumni event, industry meetup, career fair, coworking/startup mixer, professional association — each with notes on why that context calls for that kind of opener, and each optionally filled in with your own topic. context_list lists all six, and random_icebreaker returns just one line when that's all you need. conversation_deepener gives follow-up lines by strategy: keep going deeper on the current thread, pivot the conversation toward the other person, look for a shared connection, or exit gracefully. group_conversation_ entry_lines gives lines for joining a group conversation already in progress, each tagged with when it fits. solo_attendee_tips covers practical tactics for attending an event without a plus-one. contact_exchange_ line gives phrasing for asking to stay in touch, from low-key to a direct ask. common_mistakes lists frequent networking-conversation missteps with fixes. follow_up_message drafts a post-event message in one of four styles from the event and topic you actually discussed.

What it is not

Not a script to recite word for word — every line is a starting shape meant to be said in your own words, with your own judgment about the specific room and person in front of you. It also doesn't know anything about the actual event or person beyond what you tell it in the topic argument.

Privacy policy

Networkline — Privacy Policy

Effective 25 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Networkline is. Networkline is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to generate networking icebreakers and conversation guidance. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one generation request.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — an event context, a topic, a strategy name, an event name for a follow-up message, and the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is generated from bundled templates and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all — and the topic or event text you submit is used to fill a template in memory and discarded when the response is returned; it is never written to disk, logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, the name of any person you're networking with, or your own name unless you choose to include it in an argument, and we do not build a profile from your queries. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — all generation happens locally on our server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Networkline is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Networkline — Terms of Service

Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Networkline connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Networkline generates original professional-networking icebreakers, conversation- deepening lines, group-entry lines, solo-attendee tips, contact-exchange phrasing, common mistakes, and follow-up messages, filled in with details you supply. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. A conversation aid, not a script. Every line the Service returns is an original template meant to be adapted in your own words and judgment for the specific room and person in front of you. It does not guarantee any social or professional outcome, and it has no information about the actual event or person beyond what you provide in a tool call.
  3. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  4. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  5. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your request is answered from bundled templates, and nothing is stored.
  6. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  8. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
