About

Pitchcraft is a fully local elevator-pitch structure builder and reference. build_pitch assembles a pitch at a 10-second, 30-second, or 2-minute length from a product, audience, problem and solution (plus an optional differentiator and call to action), checked against that length's target word count. pitch_length_fitter takes a draft you already wrote and estimates its speaking time against a target length, estimating how many words to cut. tagline_generator applies several one-line formula patterns to your product/audience/differentiator. pitch_lengths_overview explains what fits in each length with target word counts and structure. pitch_framework_guide explains named frameworks — Problem-Solution-CTA, PAS, Why-How-What, Hook-Story-Offer, Before-After-Bridge — with structure and a worked example. pitch_critique_checklist lists what makes a pitch land vs. fall flat. audience_adaptation_tips covers adapting the same pitch for an investor, a customer, an employer/recruiter, or a new acquaintance. objection_anticipator lists common investor/customer objections with a response angle for each. pitch_practice_prompts generates likely follow-up questions to rehearse. elevator_pitch_examples gives original example pitches at each length. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

Sources: Hand-curated from widely taught pitching and public-speaking practice; pitch assembly, word counts and speaking-time estimates are computed locally from the caller's own input; fully local, zero upstream calls

What Pitchcraft is for

"Give me a 30-second pitch for my product", "does this fit in 10 seconds", "what's the PAS framework", "what will an investor push back on" — a fully local tool for building a pitch that fits the time you actually have, and a reference for the structures and habits that make one land.

What it does

build_pitch assembles a pitch at a 10-second, 30-second, or 2-minute length from a product, audience, problem and solution — plus an optional differentiator and call to action — and checks the result against that length's target word count. pitch_length_fitter takes a draft you already wrote, estimates how long it takes to say out loud, and tells you how many words to cut to hit a target length. tagline_generator applies several one-line formula patterns to your product, audience, and differentiator.

pitch_lengths_overview explains what actually fits in 10 seconds vs. 30 seconds vs. 2 minutes — word-count targets and the expected structure for each. pitch_framework_guide covers five named pitch frameworks — Problem-Solution-CTA, PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solve), Why-How-What, Hook-Story-Offer, and Before-After-Bridge — each with its structure, when to reach for it, and a worked example. pitch_critique_checklist lists what separates a pitch that lands from one that doesn't: one core message, a hook in the first breath, concreteness over abstraction, a named audience, a metric if you have one, and a real next step. audience_adaptation_tips covers adapting the same underlying pitch for an investor, a customer, an employer or recruiter, or a new acquaintance. objection_anticipator lists the objections an investor or customer pitch typically draws, each with a response angle. pitch_practice_prompts generates likely follow-up questions to rehearse an answer for. elevator_pitch_examples gives original example pitches at each length for calibration.

What is computed vs. hand-curated

Pitch assembly, word counts, speaking-time estimates, and the words-to-cut calculation are computed from your own input. The framework descriptions, critique checklist, audience tips, objections, tagline formulas, practice prompts, and example pitches are hand-curated from widely taught pitching and public-speaking practice — they are original compositions, not pulled from any single company's actual pitch deck.

What it is not

Not a guarantee that any pitch will land with any particular audience — the best pitch on paper still needs to be practiced out loud and adapted to how a specific listener actually reacts in the room. Speaking-time estimates assume a conversational pace and will run longer under nerves or a slower delivery style.

What Pitchcraft is. Pitchcraft is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a fully local elevator-pitch structure builder and reference — assembling pitches at 10-second/30-second/2-minute lengths from a product, audience, problem and solution, fitting a draft to a target length, generating taglines, and hand-curated pitch-framework and critique reference. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the text or values needed for that one response.

What we receive. the arguments of each tool call — a product, audience, problem and solution description, a pitch draft to check the length of, or a framework/audience name to look up, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is answered locally and nothing is stored. Pitches are assembled and length-checked from the text you send us using a bundled structure template; framework, critique, audience, objection and example content comes from a bundled hand-curated reference file — there is no upstream call at all; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a profile from your queries — each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. We do not use any product idea, pitch draft, or business description you send us for anything beyond producing that one response.

Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Pitchcraft is a general-audience pitch-drafting tool and reference operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Pitchcraft — Terms of Service

Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Pitchcraft connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Pitchcraft returns elevator pitches assembled at a chosen length, a pitch-length fitter and tagline generator computed from your input, and hand-curated pitch-framework, critique, audience and objection reference. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not professional advice. Pitchcraft provides general information, templates and reference material — it is not legal, financial, tax, HR, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Verify anything consequential against authoritative sources or a qualified professional before relying on it.
  3. Not a guarantee of outcome. A well-structured pitch is not a guarantee of fundraising, sales, or interview success — practice it out loud and adapt based on how your specific audience reacts.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your input is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
