About

Posturecheck bundles desk ergonomics into one connector, computed locally with no upstream calls. Desk setup calculator: chair seat height, desk/keyboard height, and monitor top height from your standing height, using published anthropometric ratios, plus a monitor-distance range and target elbow angle. Posture checklist: neutral-position cues for neck, shoulders, spine, wrists, hips/knees/feet, and eyes, each with the common desk-posture problem it guards against and a corrective cue. Break reminder guide: the 20-20-20 rule, posture micro-breaks, movement breaks, and a long-sit ceiling. Quick posture assessment: describe symptoms and get the matching checklist areas and a suggested next step. Keyless; nothing stored; general ergonomic education, not medical or physical-therapy advice.

Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated ergonomic ratios and reference data; fully local, zero upstream calls

About Posturecheck

Posturecheck is a desk-ergonomics toolkit: four calculators and reference tools, all computed locally with no upstream calls, no accounts and no tracking.

  • Desk setup calculator turns your standing height into a recommended chair seat height, desk (keyboard) height, and monitor top height, using published anthropometric ratios between height and popliteal/elbow/eye height — plus a monitor-distance range and a target elbow angle.
  • Posture checklist gives neutral-position cues for six body areas (neck, shoulders, spine, wrists, hips/knees/feet, eyes), each paired with the common desk-posture problem it guards against and a general corrective cue.
  • Break reminder guide collects commonly cited movement and eye-break intervals for desk work: the 20-20-20 rule, posture micro-breaks, movement breaks, and a long-sit ceiling.
  • Quick posture assessment matches symptoms you describe (e.g. "neck pain", "wrist tingling") to the relevant checklist areas and a suggested next step.

Everything here is general ergonomic education, not medical or physical-therapy advice. Persistent pain, numbness, or tingling — especially in the wrists or hands — is worth having evaluated by a doctor, physical therapist, or certified ergonomic assessor rather than addressed by setup changes alone.

Privacy policy

Posturecheck — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Posturecheck is. Posturecheck is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for desk-ergonomics calculators and reference: a chair/desk/ monitor height calculator, a posture checklist, a break-interval reference, and a symptom-based checklist pointer. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a height in centimeters, an optional body-area filter, or a list of symptom words you choose to enter (e.g. "neck pain") — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The anthropometric ratios, posture checklist, and break-interval reference are hand-curated and bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including any symptoms you describe — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a health or posture profile from your queries: each call is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Posturecheck is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Posturecheck — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Posturecheck connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Posturecheck returns desk-ergonomics calculations and reference information — a chair/desk/monitor height calculator, a posture checklist, a break-interval reference, and a symptom-based checklist pointer — computed from hand-curated anthropometric ratios and reference data bundled with the server. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical or physical-therapy advice. Posturecheck's calculations and guidance are general ergonomic education, not a substitute for an individualized ergonomic assessment or physical-therapy evaluation. Persistent pain, numbness, tingling, or any other suspected injury should be evaluated by a doctor or physical therapist.
  3. Estimates, not measurements. Desk/chair/monitor height figures are based on general population anthropometric ratios and simplified models; individual torso, arm, and leg proportions vary, and none of this is a substitute for adjusting an actual chair, desk, and monitor to fit you.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
