Home solar payback, 25-year savings projection, and system-sizing calculators — estimates only
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
solar_payback_calculatorsolar_payback_calculatorsystem_size_estimatorSolarMath is a fully local home solar-panel payback and sizing calculator toolkit — estimates only, never a quote, a financing offer, a tax/legal opinion, or a substitute for a licensed solar installer. solar_payback_calculator takes system cost, expected annual production (kWh), your electricity rate, and any tax-credit percentage, and computes a simple payback period (net cost after the credit / year-1 savings), a year-by-year cumulative-savings projection out to 25 years (or a custom length) that compounds a documented electricity-rate-inflation assumption (default 3%/year, overridable) as real compound growth, and an inflation-adjusted payback point — the year cumulative savings actually cross net cost, usually a bit sooner than the simple figure. system_size_estimator takes your average monthly usage and estimates the required system size and panel count using the standard solar-industry back-of-envelope method (daily usage / (peak sun hours x system-loss derate)), with overridable panel-wattage and system-loss assumptions. Every response carries a disclaimer field. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated, using published general emission-factor and energy assumptions (electricity-rate inflation, panel wattage, solar-industry system-loss/derate conventions comparable to NREL PVWatts defaults); fully local, zero upstream calls
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

SolarMath is a home solar-panel payback and sizing calculator for learning and general planning. It is
never a quote, a financing offer, a tax or legal opinion, or a substitute for a site-specific proposal from a
licensed solar installer. Actual production, electricity rates, available incentives, equipment choice, and
system losses all vary by location, roof, and utility. Every tool response carries a disclaimer field
restating this.
The math that comes up before you talk to an installer or sign anything — how long a system takes to pay for itself, what 25 years of rising electricity rates is actually worth in savings, and roughly how many panels a given monthly usage would need — answered with real, transparent computation, with no upstream calls and nothing about the user stored.
solar_payback_calculator takes a system cost, expected annual production (kWh), your electricity rate, and
any available tax credit percentage, and computes a simple payback period (net cost after the credit divided
by year-1 savings), a 25-year (or custom-length) year-by-year cumulative-savings projection that compounds an
electricity-rate-inflation assumption (default 3%/year, overridable), and an inflation-adjusted payback point
— the year cumulative savings actually cross net cost, normally a bit sooner than the simple figure since
later years' savings are worth more as rates rise. system_size_estimator takes your average monthly usage
and estimates the required system size and panel count, using the standard solar-industry back-of-envelope
method (daily usage / (peak sun hours x system-loss derate)), with overridable panel-wattage and system-loss
assumptions.
Not an installer, not a financing quote, and not a substitute for a site assessment. It does not know your
roof's orientation, shading, local permitting costs, your utility's actual rate structure (tiered or
time-of-use rates, net-metering rules), or panel degradation over time — all of which affect real-world
numbers. solar_payback_calculator and system_size_estimator both do genuine arithmetic from the numbers
you give them, but neither is a substitute for a real proposal. Get a written quote and site assessment from
a licensed solar installer before making a purchase decision.

What SolarMath is. SolarMath is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a home solar-panel payback and sizing calculator toolkit: a payback-period calculator, a 25-year cumulative-savings projection, and a rough system-sizing estimator. SolarMath is estimates only and is never a quote, a financing offer, a tax/legal opinion, or a substitute for a licensed solar installer. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — for example a system cost, annual production figure, electricity rate, tax-credit percentage, monthly usage, sun hours, or panel wattage — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered locally and nothing is stored. SolarMath makes zero upstream/network calls: every response is arithmetic computed directly from the arguments given plus a small set of documented, overridable general assumptions. No request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant or your name, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. We do not know your address, your roof, your utility account, or anything else about your home beyond the bare numbers in a single request. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every calculation runs locally on our server with no external dependency. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. SolarMath is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
