Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.

Keyless; zero upstream calls; nothing submitted is stored.

"Give me a standup template", "what's a good async daily update format", "how long should a standup be" — a structural reference for daily/regular team updates, both live and written.
sync_template explains one of three live standup structures — classic three-question, goal-focused, and
walk-the-board — each with its questions, when to use it, a worked example, and a tip for keeping it short.
sync_template_list names all three. async_template explains one of three written formats — a daily
Done/Doing/Blocked update, a weekly highlights update, and a thread-based channel update — the same way, and
async_template_list names all three. format_update takes your own answers, in order, and assembles them
into a chosen template's structure as a formatted update — it only formats what you provide, it never invents
or guesses content. template_recommendation takes a described team context (distributed across time zones, a
shared task board, stakeholder-facing) and suggests the best-fitting template. common_mistakes lists frequent
standup and async-update mistakes with fixes. conciseness_tips gives general tips for keeping any update
short and skimmable. time_box_guidance covers how long a live standup should run, what to do when it runs
long, and the async equivalent of time-boxing.
Not a chat or project-management integration — it doesn't post anywhere or read your team's actual history.
format_update works only from the answers you give it in that one request. Every template is a structural
starting point to adapt, not a rigid script every team must follow identically.

What Standupflow is. Standupflow is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a hand-curated standup/async-update template reference. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a template name, a described team context, or the list of answers you want formatted into a template — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered from bundled templates and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third
party — there is no upstream call at all — and the answers you submit to format_update are used to fill a
template in memory and discarded when the response is returned; they are never written to disk, logged in
request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your team's chat or project-management tool, or any of your actual work history, and we do not build a profile from your queries. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — all generation happens locally on our server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Standupflow is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Standupflow connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").
