Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
preshow_timelinepreshow_timelinebooth_budget_breakdownlead_followup_urgencylead_capture_methodstrade_show_glossaryTradeshowKit puts trade-show and exhibition-booth planning behind one connector, hand-curated and fully local — nothing fetched, nothing stored. preshow_timeline takes a real show date and backward-plans booth-space booking (~39 weeks out), staff-travel booking (~16 weeks out), booth design/graphics (~8 weeks out), the shipping/drayage advance-warehouse deadline (~4 weeks out), lead-capture setup (~3 weeks out), follow-up-plan prep (~2 weeks out), staff training (~1 week out), and show days — each with a real computed calendar date. booth_budget_breakdown splits a total budget into typical percentages across space rental, booth build, shipping, staff travel, and giveaways, with dollar amounts. lead_followup_urgency gives urgency-decay-based follow-up timing advice: the highest-value window is the first 24-48 hours. lead_capture_methods compares badge scanners, QR forms, tablet/CRM entry, and business-card bowls. trade_show_glossary defines drayage, advance warehouse, booth types, and more. Hand-curated, fully local, zero upstream calls.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated trade-show planning reference (backward-planned milestone timeline, budget percentage allocation, follow-up urgency guidance, lead-capture and glossary reference); fully local, zero upstream calls.

"When do I need to book my booth", "how far in advance do I need to ship my booth materials", "how should I split my trade show budget", "how soon should I follow up with leads after a show" — the planning questions that catch first-time exhibitors off guard, especially the ones with deadlines much earlier than people expect (shipping/drayage in particular). TradeshowKit answers them from a hand-curated, fully local reference and a few real calculations — no upstream calls, nothing stored.
preshow_timeline takes a real show date and backward-plans the full pre-show milestone timeline, computing
an actual calendar target date for each one: booking booth space (~39 weeks out), booking staff travel
(~16 weeks out), finalizing booth design/graphics (~8 weeks out), the shipping/drayage advance-warehouse
deadline (~4 weeks out — genuinely far in advance of the show), setting up lead capture (~3 weeks out),
prepping the follow-up plan (~2 weeks out), staff training and final logistics (~1 week out), and show days.
booth_budget_breakdown splits a total budget into a typical percentage allocation across space rental,
booth design/build, shipping/drayage, staff travel, and giveaways/marketing, with computed dollar amounts.
lead_followup_urgency gives urgency-decay-based follow-up timing advice from days-since-show-end — the
highest-value window is the first 24-48 hours, not weeks later. lead_capture_methods compares badge
scanners, QR-code forms, tablet/CRM entry, and business-card bowls. trade_show_glossary defines
exhibition-industry terms like drayage, advance warehouse, and booth types.
Not a booking service and not affiliated with any specific show, venue, or general contractor. Milestone timing and budget percentages reflect general, widely published exhibition-industry practice, not a guarantee for any specific show — always confirm exact deadlines in your show's own exhibitor service kit, since real deadlines are set by that show's general contractor and can differ from these planning defaults.

What TradeshowKit is. TradeshowKit is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for trade-show and exhibition-booth planning: a pre-show milestone timeline, a booth-budget breakdown, follow-up timing advice, a lead-capture-method reference, and a glossary. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup or calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a show date, a total budget figure, a number of days since a show ended, or a glossary term — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs. We never receive which specific show you're exhibiting at, your company name, or any lead or attendee data.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every response is drawn from hand-curated, bundled reference content or a local calculation; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, any actual trade-show leads or attendee information, or your company's real budget beyond the bare figure you pass to a calculation, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. TradeshowKit is a general-audience business-planning service for adults; we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
