Digital-wallet security checklist, scam patterns, a lost-phone plan, and a real self-assessment score
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
wallet_security_checklistlost_phone_action_planscam_pattern_referencescam_pattern_referencesecurity_self_assessmentWalletSafe is a digital-wallet and payment-app security toolkit. wallet_security_checklist gives best practices grouped by category: PIN and biometric setup, lost-or-stolen device preparedness, linked-card management hygiene, and everyday security hygiene. scam_pattern_reference explains how five wallet-targeted scams work, their red flags, and how to protect yourself: fake support calls, QR code swaps, send-yourself-money-to-verify social engineering, phishing links, and SIM swap fraud. lost_phone_action_plan gives an ordered, step-by-step response plan for a lost or stolen phone with a wallet app on it. security_self_assessment is a real weighted scorer: true/false answers across 8 checklist items produce a score out of 100, a risk band, and specific weighted recommendations. General educational security guidance; no real transactions processed or payment credentials stored.
Sources: Computed and looked up locally from a bundled, hand-curated digital-wallet security reference dataset; the self-assessment is a fixed-weight (8-item, 100-point) local calculation over answers you provide -- fully local, zero upstream calls, no real wallet or payment credential ever touched
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

The 5-stage anatomy of a tech-support scam, red flags, and a recovery checklist
"How do I secure my digital wallet", "what should I do if I lose my phone with my wallet app on it", "what's a QR code swap scam", "score my wallet security habits" — the practical security questions people have about the payment apps they carry every day, without needing to be a security expert.
wallet_security_checklist gives best practices grouped by category — PIN and biometric setup, lost-or-stolen
device preparedness, linked-card management hygiene, and everyday security hygiene — one category or all four.
scam_pattern_reference explains how five specific wallet-targeted scams actually work, their red flags, and
how to protect yourself: fake support calls, QR code swaps, "send yourself money to verify" social
engineering, phishing links, and SIM swap fraud. lost_phone_action_plan gives an ordered, step-by-step
response plan for a lost or stolen phone with a wallet app on it — remote lock, freezing the wallet, contacting
card issuers, suspending the SIM, changing passwords, reviewing transactions, and filing a police report if
stolen. security_self_assessment is a real weighted scorer: give it true/false answers across 8 checklist
items and it computes a score out of 100, a risk band (weak/moderate/strong), and specific recommendations —
weighted by how much each habit actually matters — for whatever wasn't met.
Not a guarantee against fraud or loss, and not a substitute for your wallet or bank's own official security guidance or fraud department. WalletSafe does not process real transactions, move money, or receive or store any real payment credentials, card numbers, or account information — the self-assessment only scores the true/false answers you give about your own habits, and none of it is retained.

What WalletSafe is. WalletSafe is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to look up wallet-security guidance, scam-pattern information, or score a security self-assessment. It does not connect to, access, or process any real wallet, bank account, or payment method. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only what's needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a checklist category, a scam type, or a set of true/false answers to generic self-assessment questions about your own habits (e.g. "do you have transaction alerts enabled?") — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed or looked up locally from bundled guidance, and nothing is stored. There is no upstream call of any kind — the checklist, scam reference, and action plan are a bundled dataset, and the self-assessment is a fixed-weight point calculation — and no request, including your self-assessment answers, is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive, access, or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. WalletSafe does NOT connect to, read, or process any real wallet app, bank account, card, or payment credential — it never asks for a card number, account number, or login credential, and has no technical ability to access any of them. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or looked up locally from a bundled dataset with no upstream call. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. WalletSafe is a general-audience service for adults; we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
