About

B2BNegotiate puts a real negotiation-preparation framework behind one connector, hand-curated and fully local — nothing fetched, nothing stored. batna_guide and zopa_guide explain the two foundational concepts (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement, Zone Of Possible Agreement) with worked numeric examples. zopa_estimator computes whether a ZOPA exists from a seller's minimum and a buyer's maximum acceptable price, and its range and midpoint. contract_terms_glossary explains payment terms, SLA/service-level commitments, liability caps, termination clauses, and exclusivity, each with a negotiation angle. leverage_assessment scores alternative-supplier availability, each side's relative dependence on the deal, and time pressure into a transparent, fully-explained leverage-position indicator. negotiation_prep_checklist gives a step-by-step preparation checklist. negotiation_glossary defines anchoring, concession, distributive vs. integrative negotiation, MFN clauses, and more. Hand-curated, fully local; general negotiation education, not legal advice.

Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated negotiation-preparation framework (BATNA/ZOPA concepts, contract-terms and negotiation glossaries, leverage-scoring heuristic, prep checklist); fully local, zero upstream calls. General negotiation education, not legal advice.

What B2BNegotiate is for

Most people preparing for a B2B contract negotiation reach for scattered blog posts about "negotiation tactics." What actually determines the outcome is less glamorous: knowing your real alternative (BATNA), having a rough sense of where a deal is even possible (ZOPA), understanding the handful of contract terms worth fighting over, and having an honest read on who actually holds the stronger hand. B2BNegotiate puts a real negotiation-preparation framework — not tactics — behind one connector.

What it does

batna_guide and zopa_guide explain the two foundational concepts of negotiation preparation — Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement and Zone Of Possible Agreement — each with a fully worked numeric example. zopa_estimator takes a seller's minimum acceptable price and a buyer's maximum acceptable price and computes whether a deal is even mathematically possible, and if so, the range and midpoint. contract_terms_glossary explains the B2B contract terms most worth negotiating deliberately — payment terms, SLA/service-level commitments, liability caps, termination clauses, and exclusivity — each with a typical negotiation angle for both sides. leverage_assessment takes concrete inputs (how many alternative counterparties you have, how big this deal is to each side's business, time pressure on each side) and computes a transparent, fully-explained leverage-position score. negotiation_prep_checklist is a step-by-step pre-negotiation checklist. negotiation_glossary defines terms like anchoring, concession, distributive vs. integrative negotiation, and MFN clauses.

What it is not

Not legal advice, not a contract reviewer, and not a guarantee of any outcome. The leverage score is a transparent heuristic over the factors you supply — real negotiations depend on relationship history, reputational stakes, and details no calculator sees. Always have an actual contract reviewed by a lawyer before you sign it.

B2BNegotiate — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What B2BNegotiate is. B2BNegotiate is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for B2B contract-negotiation preparation reference content: BATNA/ZOPA explainers, a ZOPA-range calculator, a contract-terms glossary, a leverage self-assessment, a prep checklist, and a negotiation glossary. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup or calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — things like a price figure, a glossary search term, or the leverage factors you choose to enter (a supplier count, a rough deal-size percentage, a time-pressure level) — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every response is drawn from hand-curated, bundled reference content or a transparent local calculation; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, the identity of your counterparty, the actual contract you're negotiating, or any information that identifies you or your business beyond the bare numeric or category inputs a tool call requires, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. B2BNegotiate is a general-audience service for adults; we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

B2BNegotiate — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the B2BNegotiate connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. B2BNegotiate returns hand-curated negotiation-preparation reference content and runs transparent local calculations — BATNA and ZOPA explainers, a ZOPA-range calculator, a contract-terms glossary, a leverage self-assessment, a preparation checklist, and a negotiation glossary. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Educational only — not legal advice, not a guarantee of outcome. Every response from B2BNegotiate is general negotiation education and a rough self-assessment heuristic, not legal advice, not a recommendation for your specific deal, and not a guarantee that any negotiation outcome will match what a tool suggests. Using the Service does not create any advisory or attorney-client relationship. Have any actual contract reviewed by a lawyer before you sign it.
  3. The leverage score is a heuristic, not a verdict. leverage_assessment computes a transparent points total from the specific factors you supply. It does not know your relationship history, reputational stakes, or any fact you did not enter, and it is not a prediction of how a real negotiation will go.
  4. Not a substitute for professional negotiation, legal, or business advice. Nothing in this Service should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, negotiation consultant, or other professional familiar with the actual facts of your deal.
  5. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  6. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  7. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service, including any decision made based on a leverage score, ZOPA estimate, or other output. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  10. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
