Bharat — Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Bharat connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Bharat returns Indian reference data — PIN codes and post offices, IFSC branch details, format and checksum checks for GSTIN, PAN and Aadhaar, vehicle plate decoding, public holidays, PIB press releases, UPI handle identification, amounts in Indian words and numbering, STD codes and state facts. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Validation is not verification. A "valid" result means an identifier is well-formed and passes its checksum. It does not mean the identifier is issued, registered, active, or belongs to any person or business. Use the official portals (GST, Income Tax, UIDAI, Parivahan) for verification; the Service performs no such lookups.
  3. Accuracy. Live data is reproduced as published by the sources named in each response; bundled tables (RTO offices, UPI handles, STD codes) are curated and may be incomplete. Holidays are the national calendar; states and banks differ.
  4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to overwhelm the underlying services, to circumvent rate limits, or to profile individuals. Automated use within the published limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: identifiers are checked in memory and nothing about you is stored.
  7. Attribution. PIN data from India Post via api.postalpincode.in; IFSC data from RBI via Razorpay's open IFSC API; holidays from Google's public "Holidays in India" calendar; press releases © Press Information Bureau, Government of India. Respect their terms when reusing output.
  8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
