Letter Grid Words is a real, playable letter-grid word-finding game (a generic word-search-grid game — never referred to by any trademarked brand name). new_game generates a random size-by-size grid (4x4 to 6x6) weighted by realistic English letter frequency and returns the game state. submit_word checks a word against a real bundled English dictionary AND actually searches the grid — an adjacency DFS including diagonals, never reusing a cell — for a genuine path spelling it, scoring it by length and returning the path found. find_all_words runs a real trie/DFS solver over the whole grid and lists every valid word it contains with its path. get_hint nudges toward one unfound word without spoiling it. render turns a state into a human-readable grid and scoreboard. Fully stateless: the caller holds and passes the game state between calls. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Bundled dictionary is the public-domain ENABLE word list (Enhanced North American Benchmark Lexicon), cleaned and lightly filtered. Letter-frequency weighting is a standard public statistical table of English letter frequency. Fully local, zero upstream calls.

A real, playable letter-grid word-finding game: get a grid of random letters and find as many real words as you can by tracing adjacent letters, no cell reused twice. This is a generic word-search-grid game — it is not, and never refers to itself as, any specific trademarked brand's game.
What it does
new_game generates a random size-by-size grid (4x4 to 6x6) of letters, weighted by realistic English
letter frequency (common letters like E, A, T show up far more than Q or Z), and returns the game state.
submit_word checks a word against a real bundled English dictionary AND actually searches the grid — an
adjacency search (including diagonals) that never reuses a cell — for a genuine path spelling it, scoring
it by length if valid and returning the path found. find_all_words runs a real trie/DFS solver over the
whole grid and lists every valid word it contains, each with its path — a "show me every possible word"
mode. get_hint nudges toward one unfound word (its length and a rough location) without spoiling it.
render turns a state into a human-readable grid and scoreboard.
How state works
This connector keeps no server-side session. new_game returns a state object; every other tool takes
that state (or the one returned by the previous call) and returns an updated copy. The calling assistant
is responsible for holding onto it between turns.
What it is not
Not affiliated with, and never described using the name of, any trademarked letter-grid word game. Not connected to any account, leaderboard, or third-party service — the dictionary is a bundled, public-domain word list checked entirely on the server that answers your request, and nothing about a game in progress is stored once the response is sent.

What Letter Grid Words is. Letter Grid Words is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to run a local letter-grid word-finding game. Each tool call receives the current game state and a player action, and returns the next state — there is no account, login, or save file.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a grid size, a game state object (the grid, found words, and score), and the word a player is submitting — plus the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered from a bundled dictionary and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all — and no game state or submitted word is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything. Each request is answered independently; the game state you send us is used only to compute that one response and is discarded immediately after.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your name, an account identifier, or any persistent player profile — there is none. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the dictionary is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Letter Grid Words is a general-audience word game operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Effective 27 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Letter Grid Words connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").
- The Service. Letter Grid Words is a fully local letter-grid word-finding game. Given a random grid of letters, a player submits words they can trace on it; the Service validates each word against a bundled dictionary and an adjacency-path search, and scores it. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
- A generic game, not a licensed one. This is an original, generic word-search-grid game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or named after any trademarked word-game brand, and should never be referred to as one.
- Entertainment only. This Service is a casual word game, not a competitive-ranking service or a source of authoritative dictionary rulings.
- No accounts, no persistence. There is no login, save file, or leaderboard. Game state lives only in the conversation you're having with your assistant.
- Dictionary. Word validity is determined by a bundled, public-domain word list (ENABLE). This Service's dictionary is the final word for its own scoring, but it is not a claim about any other dictionary.
- Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
- Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
- Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your game state is answered from a bundled dictionary, and nothing is stored.
- Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
- Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
- Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
