CEP, CNPJ, boleto, Pix, FIPE — a vida brasileira em um conector
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
cep_lookupcnpj_lookupboleto_decodepix_decodeddd_lookupholidaysratesfipe_priceBrasil answers the everyday and business questions of Brazilian life from public data. Addresses from a CEP with coordinates; a company from its CNPJ at the Receita Federal (status, activity, size, partners, address); whether a CPF or CNPJ is even valid (check digits, including the new alphanumeric CNPJ); what a boleto's linha digitável says (bank, amount, due date, whether every check digit passes — a first fraud screen); what a Pix copia-e-cola code says (who is paid, amount, key type, static or dynamic, CRC); which state a DDD is; national holidays with long weekends; banks and Pix participants by code or name; SELIC, CDI and IPCA; Banco Central PTAX exchange rates for any day; FIPE vehicle prices by name and year; IBGE state and municipality codes; Brazilian ISBNs; NCM tax codes; and .br domain availability. BrasilAPI and the FIPE table, keyless; document and payment maths computed locally; nothing stored. Responde em português.
Sources: BrasilAPI (Correios/OpenCEP, Receita Federal, Anatel, Banco Central, IBGE, CBL, Siscomex, Registro.br), FIPE via parallelum; CPF/CNPJ/boleto/Pix maths computed locally

A boleto or Pix code that passes its check digits is well-formed, not necessarily legitimate: every payment answer ends by telling the person to compare the payee their bank shows with who they meant to pay.
cep_lookup — Address for a CEP: street, neighborhood, city, state, IBGE code, time zone and coordinates. Use for "qual endereço é esse CEP", filling forms, "onde fica o CEP 70040-912". Args: cep.
cnpj_lookup — A company from its CNPJ at the Receita Federal: legal and trade name, registration status and date, when it opened, legal nature, size (MEI/ME/EPP…), Simples Nacional, share capital, main and secondary activities (CNAE), address, contact, and the partners/administrators (QSA). Use for "essa empresa existe", "quem são os sócios", "está ativa?". Args: cnpj.
validate_document — Whether a CPF or CNPJ is well-formed: the check digits are recomputed locally (no lookup, nothing sent anywhere), with the formatted version. Use for "esse CPF é válido", "esse CNPJ está certo", before a form is submitted. A valid checksum does not mean the number belongs to anyone in particular. Args: value.
ddd_lookup — Which state a DDD belongs to and the cities it covers. Use for "DDD 71 é de onde", "esse número é de que estado". Args: ddd.
ibge — IBGE data for a state (name, region, capital, population estimate) and, optionally, a municipality's IBGE code — the code many forms, NF-e and government systems require. Use for "código IBGE de Campinas", "população estimada da Bahia". Args: uf, municipality.
boleto_decode — What a boleto says, before paying it: bank, amount, due date, whether it is a bank slip or an arrecadação (utility, tax), and whether every check digit passes — a first screen against tampered or fake slips. Use for "esse boleto é verdadeiro", "quanto é e quando vence", "de que banco é". Args: code.
pix_decode — Who a Pix code pays and how much, before paying: payee name and city, amount (if fixed), key type (CPF, CNPJ, phone, email, random) or dynamic URL, transaction id, whether it is single-use, and whether the CRC is intact. Use for "quem recebe esse Pix", "esse código Pix é seguro", "quanto é". Args: payload.
bank_lookup — Find a bank or payment institution by COMPE code, ISPB or name, with whether it participates in Pix and how. Use for "que banco é o 260", "Nubank é banco de que código", "o Mercado Pago faz Pix direto?". Args: query.
rates — Today's SELIC, CDI and IPCA, and the Banco Central PTAX exchange rates for the currencies asked (buy/sell, by bulletin) for a date. Use for "quanto está a Selic", "cotação do dólar hoje", "euro PTAX em 15/08/2026", "CDI atual". Args: fx_currencies, day.
holidays — Brazil's national holidays for a year with weekday, plus the next one and long weekends (holidays falling Monday/Friday or adjacent to one). Use for "feriados de 2027", "quando é o próximo feriado", "tem feriadão em novembro?". Args: year, from_today.
fipe_price — FIPE reference price for a vehicle from its name: the best-matching model with its price for the year asked (or the latest years), FIPE code and reference month, plus the other models that matched so the person can pick the exact version. Use for "tabela FIPE do Onix 2020", "quanto vale minha CG 160", "preço FIPE da Toro". FIPE is the base for negotiations, insurance and IPVA. Args: vehicle, kind, year.
isbn_lookup — A book by ISBN from the Brazilian ISBN agency and open catalogs: title, authors, publisher, year, pages, subjects and synopsis. Use for "que livro é esse ISBN", cataloguing, checking an edition. Args: isbn.
ncm_search — NCM (Mercosur tariff) codes matching a product description or code prefix, with validity dates — the code that goes on NF-e and import declarations. Use for "NCM de café torrado", "o que é o NCM 8471.30". Args: query.
domain_check — Whether a .br domain is available at Registro.br, and if taken, its publication status, expiry and name servers. Use for "esse domínio .com.br está livre", "quando expira o domínio X". Args: domain.

What Brasil is. Brasil is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for Brazilian public data: CEP and CNPJ lookups, CPF/CNPJ validation, boleto and Pix decoding, DDD, holidays, banks, rates, FIPE prices, IBGE, ISBN, NCM and .br domains. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the specific request needed: a CEP, a CNPJ, a boleto or Pix code, a vehicle name, a date.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or credentials for any service. Request arguments (a CEP, a CNPJ, a boleto line) are used to compute or fetch the answer in memory and are not stored. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
CPFs and payment codes (LGPD). A CPF identifies a person: Brasil validates its check digits on our server and never sends it anywhere or stores it. Boleto and Pix codes are decoded on our server and not stored; they can contain a payee's name or key, which we return to you and keep nowhere. CNPJ records are public Receita Federal data with partners' CPFs masked at source.
Sub-processors. To answer requests we send only the code, name or number asked about (never anything about you) to BrasilAPI and the parallelum FIPE API (Brazil); CPF/CNPJ, boleto and Pix validation is computed on our server and the number never leaves it. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Brasil is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
