What Accelevents (BYOK) is for

Accelevents (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Accelevents data through the Accelevents API with a key you supply (Accelevents organizer or enterprise API key). Read-only: 5 tools (list_attendees, get_ticket_sales, list_event_sessions, list_sessions_host_view, list_speakers). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.accelevents.com. Accelevents and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Who has registered for the Accelevents event demo?"
  • "How many tickets have I sold for the Accelevents event demo?"
  • "What sessions does the Accelevents event demo have?"
  • "List the sessions of Accelevents event demo as the host sees them"
  • "Who are the speakers at the Accelevents event demo?"

What it does

  • list_attendees: List the ticketed attendees of an event with name, email, ticket type and status, plus totals of booked, checked-in, free and paid tickets.
  • get_ticket_sales: Get ticket sales per ticket type for an event: tickets sold, tickets available, price, status and end date.
  • list_event_sessions: List the sessions of an event for the display and portal view with title, time, format and capacity. Can filter by format, past or upcoming and search text.
  • list_sessions_host_view: List the sessions of an event from the host side with title, time, format, status and capacity.
  • list_speakers: List the speakers of an event with name, title, company and biography.

BYOK key

You bring your own Accelevents Accelevents organizer or enterprise API key (https://developer.accelevents.com/docs/getting-started). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.accelevents.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
