What AhaSend (BYOK) is for

AhaSend (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own AhaSend data through the AhaSend API with a key you supply (AhaSend API key (v2, starts with aha-sk-, with read scopes)). Read-only: 10 tools (get_account, list_messages, list_campaigns, get_campaign_stats, list_domains, list_suppressions, list_webhooks, list_templates, list_lists, get_deliverability_report). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.ahasend.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What are my AhaSend account tracking and retention settings?"
  • "Which emails bounced or failed on AhaSend recently?"
  • "Which AhaSend campaigns are scheduled or sending?"
  • "How did my AhaSend campaign perform: opens and clicks?"
  • "Are my AhaSend sending domains verified?"
  • "Which addresses are on my AhaSend suppression list?"

What it does

  • get_account: Show the account name, website, open and click tracking settings and message retention periods.
  • list_messages: List sent message summaries (without body) filtered by status, sender, recipient, subject, tags and time range, newest first, with cursor paging.
  • list_campaigns: List marketing campaigns with name, subject, status and schedule, optionally only one status.
  • get_campaign_stats: Get one campaign's recipients, delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints counts with open, click, bounce and deferral rates.
  • list_domains: List sending domains with DNS validity, sending type (transactional or marketing), tracking subdomains and paused state.
  • list_suppressions: List suppressed recipient addresses with domain, reason and expiry, filtered by domain, email or time.
  • list_webhooks: List webhooks with name, enabled flag, subscribed event types, scope, and success and error counters. The webhook URL is left out.
  • list_templates: List email templates with name, subject, preheader, editor and whether a draft exists. Template content is left out.
  • list_lists: List contact lists with name, description, tags and contact count, optionally filtered by name.
  • get_deliverability_report: Get transactional delivery counts per time bucket: received, delivered, deferred, bounced, failed, suppressed, opened and clicked.

BYOK key

You bring your own AhaSend AhaSend API key (v2, starts with aha-sk-, with read scopes) (https://ahasend.com/docs/send-api/credentials). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.ahasend.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Message and suppression answers contain recipient email addresses. Each key only sees what its read scopes allow.
