What Assistable (BYOK) is for
Assistable (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Assistable data through the Assistable API with a key you supply (Assistable API key (ask_live_..., read scopes, one subaccount)). Read-only: 12 tools (list_assistants, list_assistant_versions, list_assistant_folders, list_voices, get_voice_library_stats, list_phone_numbers, list_number_pools, list_tools, list_knowledge_bases, list_tags, list_monitor_rules, get_subaccount_wallet). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.assistable.ai. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Assistable. Assistable and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which voice assistants do I have on Assistable?"
- "How many versions has my Assistable assistant had?"
- "How are my Assistable assistants organised into folders?"
- "Which female ElevenLabs voices can I use on Assistable?"
- "How many voices are in my Assistable voice library?"
- "Which phone numbers do I own on Assistable and which assistant answers each?"

BYOK key
You bring your own Assistable Assistable API key (ask_live_..., read scopes, one subaccount) (https://docs.assistable.ai/v3/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.assistable.ai over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
