What Attio Schema (BYOK) is for

Attio Schema (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Attio Schema data through the Attio Schema API with a key you supply (Attio API key (access token)). Read-only: 9 tools (get_object, list_object_attributes, list_list_attributes, list_object_select_options, list_list_select_options, list_object_statuses, list_list_statuses, list_object_views, list_list_views). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.attio.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Attio Schema. Attio Schema and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What are the singular and plural names of the Attio companies object?"
  • "What fields does the Attio companies object have?"
  • "What columns does my Attio sales pipeline list have?"
  • "Which industry options exist on Attio companies?"
  • "Which source options does my Attio list column offer?"
  • "Which statuses can an Attio company have?"

What it does

  • get_object: Get one object definition: api slug, singular and plural names and creation time. Needs the object_configuration:read scope.
  • list_object_attributes: List the attributes (fields) defined on an object with title, api slug, type, description and flags for required, unique, multi-select, writable, system and archived. Needs the object_configuration:read scope.
  • list_list_attributes: List the attributes (columns) defined on a list with title, api slug, type and flags for required, unique, multi-select, writable and archived. Needs the list_configuration:read scope.
  • list_object_select_options: List the options of a select attribute on an object, with title and archived flag.
  • list_list_select_options: List the options of a select attribute on a list, with title and archived flag.
  • list_object_statuses: List the statuses of a status attribute on an object with title, archived flag, celebration flag and target time in status.
  • list_list_statuses: List the statuses of a status attribute on a list (for example pipeline stages) with title, archived flag, celebration flag and target time in status.
  • list_object_views: List saved table or board views of an object with title and creation time.
  • list_list_views: List saved table or board views of a list with title and creation time.

BYOK key

You bring your own Attio Schema Attio API key (access token) (https://docs.attio.com/rest-api/guides/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.attio.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Attio Schema API (api.attio.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.attio.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/attributes/list-attributes.md. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Attio Schema. Attio Schema and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Attio Schema account.
