What Awin (BYOK) is for

Awin (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Awin data through the Awin API with a key you supply (Awin API token (personal, covers all accounts you can access)). Read-only: 7 tools (list_accounts, list_programmes, get_programme_details, list_commission_groups, list_transactions, list_transaction_queries, get_link_builder_quota). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.awin.com.   • "Which Awin accounts can I access?"
  • "Which Awin programmes have I joined?"
  • "What are the EPC and approval rate of Awin programme 1001?"
  • "What commission rates do I get from Awin programme 1001?"
  • "What Awin transactions did I have in the last 30 days?"
  • "Which of my Awin transaction queries are still pending?"

What it does

  • list_accounts: List the Awin publisher and advertiser accounts the token's user can access with account id, name, type and the user's role.
  • list_programmes: List advertiser programmes and the publisher's relationship with each (joined, pending, suspended, rejected, not joined), optionally by country.
  • get_programme_details: Get KPIs (approval percentage, conversion rate, EPC, validation days, average payment time) and the commission range of one advertiser programme.
  • list_commission_groups: List the commission groups and rates (percentage or fixed amount) a publisher gets in one advertiser programme.
  • list_transactions: List the publisher's transactions (sales and leads) with status, commission and sale amounts in a date range of at most 31 days; at most 50 are returned.
  • list_transaction_queries: List the publisher's transaction queries (disputes about missing or wrong commission) with status in a date range, paged.
  • get_link_builder_quota: Show how many short links the publisher account may generate in 24 hours and how many were used.

BYOK key

You bring your own Awin Awin API token (personal, covers all accounts you can access) (https://ui.awin.com/awin-api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.awin.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
