What Baserow (BYOK) is for
Baserow (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Baserow data through the Baserow API with a key you supply (database token (needs read permission)). Read-only: 7 tools (list_tables, list_rows, search_rows, filter_rows, list_rows_in_view, count_rows, get_row). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.baserow.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Baserow. Baserow and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Baserow tables can my token read?"
- "Show me the rows of my Baserow projects table."
- "Which rows of my Baserow projects table mention the launch?"
- "Which rows in my Baserow projects table have Status equal to Done?"
- "Show me the rows of the Open tasks view in my Baserow table."
- "How many rows does my Baserow projects table have?"
What it does
list_tables: List the Baserow tables the database token can access with table name, id and database id. Needs a database token with read permission.list_rows: List rows of a Baserow table, with every field of each row, page by page. Returns the total row count and next/previous page links.search_rows: Search the rows of a Baserow table for a text across all fields and return the matching rows.filter_rows: List rows of a Baserow table that match a filter tree given as JSON, for example rows whose Status equals Done.list_rows_in_view: List rows of a Baserow table as a saved view shows them, using that view's filters and sorting.count_rows: Count the rows of a Baserow table, optionally only those matching a search text.get_row: Get one row of a Baserow table with every field.
BYOK key
You bring your own Baserow database token (needs read permission) (https://baserow.io/user-docs/personal-api-tokens). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.baserow.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Baserow.
