What Beds24 (BYOK) is for

Beds24 (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Beds24 data through the Beds24 API with a key you supply (Beds24 long life token). Read-only: 9 tools (get_token_details, list_bookings, search_bookings, get_booking, list_properties, get_room_availability, get_calendar, list_messages, get_offers). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to beds24.com. Beds24 and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

What it does

  • get_token_details: Show whether the token is valid, its owner id, creation time and scope-related settings.
  • list_bookings: List bookings (upcoming confirmed, request, new, black and inquiry bookings by default) with dates, guest name, status, channel and price; filter by arrivals, departures, property, room or a date range.
  • search_bookings: Find bookings whose guest name, e-mail, API reference or booking id matches a text.
  • get_booking: Get one booking by its numeric id, including cancelled ones.
  • list_properties: List the properties of the account with name, type, currency, address, country and check-in and check-out times.
  • get_room_availability: Show per-date availability of rooms for a date range (the data holds a date to available map per room).
  • get_calendar: Get per-day calendar values for rooms between two dates: availability count, minimum stay and prices when asked for.
  • list_messages: List guest and host messages of bookings with booking id, source, text, read flag and time.
  • get_offers: Get priced offers for stays: for each room the offers available for arrival and departure dates and a number of adults.

BYOK key

You bring your own Beds24 Beds24 long life token (https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/API_V2.0). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to beds24.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
