What BigMarker (BYOK) is for

BigMarker (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own BigMarker data through the BigMarker API with a key you supply (BigMarker API key). Read-only: 10 tools (list_conferences, get_conference, list_channels, get_channel, list_channel_conferences, get_channel_conference_stats, list_registrations, list_attendees, get_event_summary, list_conference_presenters). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to www.bigmarker.com. What it does

  • list_conferences: List conferences (webinars) across your channels, upcoming by default, with title, start time, duration, privacy and public address. Can filter by role, type, title text and a Unix time window.
  • get_conference: Get one conference with title, type, schedule, public address, capacity, privacy and whether it is recorded.
  • list_channels: List the BigMarker channels (branded webinar hubs) your key can access, with id, URL name and overview.
  • get_channel: Get one channel by its id: URL, name, overview and description.
  • list_channel_conferences: List the conferences of one channel, upcoming by default, with title, schedule and address.
  • get_channel_conference_stats: Page through a channel's conferences with summary numbers: total registrations, live attendees and on-demand attendees.
  • list_registrations: List people registered for a conference with name, email, source and certificate status. Canceled and pending registrations are left out unless asked for.
  • list_attendees: List who attended a finished conference with entry and exit times, time in the room and counts of chats, questions and polls answered.
  • get_event_summary: Get a conference's total live minutes watched and who created it, with the creation time.
  • list_conference_presenters: List the presenters of a conference with their member id and name.

BYOK key

You bring your own BigMarker BigMarker API key (https://docs.bigmarker.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to www.bigmarker.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
