What Bitbucket Workspaces (BYOK) is for
Bitbucket Workspaces (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Bitbucket Workspaces data through the Bitbucket Workspaces API with a key you supply (Atlassian API token with Bitbucket read scopes (account, workspace membership and project)). Read-only: 10 tools (get_workspace, list_workspace_members, list_workspace_permissions, list_repository_permissions, get_my_workspace_permission, list_workspace_projects, get_workspace_project, list_project_default_reviewers, list_workspace_snippets, list_workspace_webhooks). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.bitbucket.org. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bitbucket Workspaces. Bitbucket Workspaces and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Tell me about the Bitbucket workspace myteam"
- "Who is in the Bitbucket workspace myteam?"
- "Who are the owners of the Bitbucket workspace myteam?"
- "Who has admin permission on repositories in myteam?"
- "What is my permission level in the Bitbucket workspace myteam?"
- "Which projects does the Bitbucket workspace myteam have?"
What it does

BYOK key
You bring your own Bitbucket Workspaces Atlassian API token with Bitbucket read scopes (account, workspace membership and project) (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.bitbucket.org over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
