What Bland AI Pathway Testing (BYOK) is for

Bland AI Pathway Testing (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Bland AI Pathway Testing data through the Bland AI Pathway Testing API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 5 tools (list_test_scenarios, list_test_runs, get_test_batch, get_test_analytics, list_pathway_versions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.bland.ai. Bland AI Pathway Testing and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Bland test scenarios exist for one of my pathways and did they pass last time?"
  • "Which Bland test runs failed for my pathway?"
  • "Did this Bland test batch pass?"
  • "What is the test pass rate of my Bland pathway over the last 30 days?"
  • "What versions does my Bland pathway have?"

What it does

  • list_test_scenarios: List pathway or persona test scenarios with name, category, type, max turns, enabled flag, promotion requirement and the most recent run (simulated caller prompts are not returned).
  • list_test_runs: List pathway test runs with status, overall score, turns, duration, scenario name and assertion results; filter by scenario, pathway, persona, batch or status. Page size up to 100.
  • get_test_batch: Get one test batch: overall status, total, passed and failed scenario counts, trigger source and whether it publishes on pass.
  • get_test_analytics: Get pass rate analytics for one pathway over a time window: total, passed and failed runs, pass rate, average score and run summaries.
  • list_pathway_versions: List the versions of one conversational pathway with version number, name, creation time and whether it is the latest.

BYOK key

You bring your own Bland AI Pathway Testing API key (https://app.bland.ai/dashboard?page=settings). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.bland.ai over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Read-only: lists test definitions and results only. It never starts test runs. Simulated caller prompts and run transcripts are not returned.
