What BoldSign (BYOK) is for
BoldSign (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own BoldSign data through the BoldSign API with a key you supply (BoldSign API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_documents, get_document_properties, list_templates, get_template_properties, get_api_credits, list_brands, list_teams, list_custom_fields). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.boldsign.com, api-eu.boldsign.com, api-ca.boldsign.com, api-au.boldsign.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BoldSign. BoldSign and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which BoldSign documents are waiting for others to sign?"
- "What is the status and history of this BoldSign document?"
- "Which BoldSign templates do we have?"
- "What does this BoldSign template contain?"
- "How many BoldSign API credits do I have left?"
- "Which BoldSign brands are configured?"
What it does
list_documents: List documents in My Documents with title, status, created, activity and expiry times (Unix seconds) and labels; signer and sender details are not returned.get_document_properties: Get a document's title, description, status, files, brand, dates, expiry, labels and reminder settings; signer and sender identities are not returned.list_templates: List templates in the account (own and shared) with title, status and activity times.get_template_properties: Get a template's title, description, document message, files, brand, signing-order setting, labels and creation time; role signer defaults are not returned.get_api_credits: Show the remaining API document credits of the account.list_brands: List brands with name, default flag, redirect URL, sender display name, time zone and signing-page options; logos are not returned.list_teams: List teams in the organization with name, ID and creation and modification times (Unix seconds).list_custom_fields: List reusable custom form fields with name, description, order, brand and whether they are shared.
BYOK key
You bring your own BoldSign BoldSign API key (https://developers.boldsign.com/authentication/api-key). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.boldsign.com, api-eu.boldsign.com, api-ca.boldsign.com, api-au.boldsign.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
