What Calendly Availability (BYOK) is for
Calendly Availability (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Calendly Availability data through the Calendly Availability API with a key you supply (Calendly personal access token). Read-only: 6 tools (list_user_availability_schedules, get_user_availability_schedule, list_event_type_availability_schedules, list_user_busy_times, list_event_type_hosts, list_group_relationships). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.calendly.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Calendly Availability. Calendly Availability and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "What availability schedules does my Calendly user have?"
- "Show the Calendly availability schedule CCCCCCCC"
- "Which availability does my Calendly event type BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB use?"
- "When am I busy next week according to Calendly?"
- "Who hosts my Calendly team event type BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB?"
- "Who are the admins of my Calendly groups?"
What it does
list_user_availability_schedules: List a user's availability schedules with name, default flag, time zone and rules (weekday or date intervals).get_user_availability_schedule: Get one availability schedule by uuid with its time zone and weekday or date rules.list_event_type_availability_schedules: Show which availability schedule an event type uses (the host's own, or a fixed schedule) with its rules.list_user_busy_times: List a user's busy windows (Calendly, reserved and external calendar events) between two times: type, start and end only, without event details.list_event_type_hosts: List the hosts of an event type (team or round-robin members) with name, scheduling page URL and time zone; e-mail addresses are not returned.list_group_relationships: List group membership relationships (owner, group, role member or admin) of an organization, optionally for one group or owner.
BYOK key
You bring your own Calendly Availability Calendly personal access token (https://calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.calendly.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
