What Calendly (BYOK) is for

Calendly (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Calendly data through the Calendly API with a key you supply (personal access token). Read-only: 7 tools (get_current_user, list_event_types, get_event_type, list_scheduled_events, get_scheduled_event, list_event_invitees, list_organization_memberships). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.calendly.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Calendly. Calendly and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Calendly account is my token connected to?"
  • "What Calendly event types do I have?"
  • "Show details of my Calendly event type CCCC"
  • "What Calendly meetings do I have coming up?"
  • "Show details of my Calendly meeting DDDD"
  • "Who is invited to my Calendly meeting DDDD?"

What it does

  • get_current_user: Show the Calendly account the token belongs to: name, email, scheduling link, time zone and its user and organization URIs (needed by the other tools).
  • list_event_types: List event types (booking page templates) of a user or organization with name, duration, active flag, kind and booking link. Give user or organization, one of them is required.
  • get_event_type: Get one event type by its id (the last part of its URI) with duration, booking link, locations and description.
  • list_scheduled_events: List scheduled meetings with name, status, start and end time, location and invitee counts; filter by user, organization, status, time window or invitee email.
  • get_scheduled_event: Get one scheduled meeting by its id with time, status, location, host memberships and guests.
  • list_event_invitees: List the people invited to one scheduled meeting with name, email, status, time zone, booking answers and cancel or reschedule links.
  • list_organization_memberships: List members of a Calendly organization with their role (owner, admin or user), name and email; filter by email, role or user.

BYOK key

You bring your own Calendly personal access token (https://calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.calendly.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Calendly API (api.calendly.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Calendly. Calendly and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Calendly account.
