CallTrackingMetrics (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own CallTrackingMetrics data through the CallTrackingMetrics API with a key you supply (API access key). Read-only: 10 tools (list_accounts, get_account, list_activities, get_report_series, list_queues, list_receiving_numbers, list_tracking_numbers, list_tracking_sources, list_sms_messages, list_a2p_campaigns). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.calltrackingmetrics.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CallTrackingMetrics. CallTrackingMetrics and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

- List accountsList the accounts the keys can see (one for an account key, all sub-accounts for an agency key) with status, role and dates.
- Get accountGet one account's name, status, time zone, creation date, and counts of tracking numbers and user licenses.
- List activitiesList calls, texts, chats and forms (newest first) with direction, duration, source, tracking number, status and caller location.
- Get report seriesAggregate activity counts over a date range grouped by one dimension (source, status, tracking_number, agent, day, hour and more).
- List queuesList call queues with default action, schedule, and number of agents and numbers.
- List receiving numbersList receiving numbers (where tracked calls are forwarded) with label and number.
- List tracking numbersList the account's tracking numbers, filterable by number or name.
- List tracking sourcesList tracking sources (the traffic-source rules numbers are swapped for), optionally by name.
- List sms messagesList text messages with optional filter, direction and time range.
- List a2p campaignsList A2P 10DLC messaging campaigns registered in the account's Trust Center (add all=1 for the whole agency).
