What Campaign Monitor (BYOK) is for
Campaign Monitor (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Campaign Monitor data through the Campaign Monitor API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 11 tools (list_clients, list_sent_campaigns, list_scheduled_campaigns, list_draft_campaigns, list_client_lists, list_client_segments, list_templates, get_list_stats, get_list_details, get_campaign_summary, get_campaign_email_client_usage). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.createsend.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Campaign Monitor. Campaign Monitor and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which clients are in my Campaign Monitor account?"
- "What campaigns did this Campaign Monitor client send recently?"
- "What campaigns are scheduled to go out for this Campaign Monitor client?"
- "Which draft campaigns does this Campaign Monitor client have?"
- "What subscriber lists does this Campaign Monitor client have?"
- "What segments exist for this Campaign Monitor client?"
What it does
list_clients: List the clients (sub-accounts) of the Campaign Monitor account with their ids and names.list_sent_campaigns: List a client's sent campaigns with subject, sender, send date, recipient count and tags, newest first by default.list_scheduled_campaigns: List a client's scheduled campaigns with send time and time zone.list_draft_campaigns: List a client's draft campaigns.list_client_lists: List a client's subscriber lists with ids and names.list_client_segments: List a client's segments with the list each belongs to.list_templates: List a client's email templates with preview and screenshot links.get_list_stats: Get a list's subscriber counts: total active, new today, this week and this month, unsubscribes, deletions and bounces.get_list_details: Get a list's title, opt-in setting and unsubscribe setting.get_campaign_summary: Get a sent campaign's totals: recipients, opens, unique opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, spam complaints, forwards.get_campaign_email_client_usage: Get which email clients (and versions) recipients opened a campaign with, with share and subscriber counts.
BYOK key
You bring your own Campaign Monitor API key (https://www.campaignmonitor.com/api/v3-3/getting-started/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.createsend.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
