What Carbone (BYOK) is for
Carbone (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Carbone data through the Carbone API with a key you supply (API token (production or test)). Read-only: 5 tools (list_templates, search_templates, list_template_versions, list_template_categories, list_template_tags). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.carbone.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Carbone. Carbone and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "What Carbone templates do I have?"
- "Find the Carbone template called invoice"
- "What versions of Carbone template 6f8e1d2c3b4a5968 exist?"
- "What template categories exist in Carbone?"
- "What tags are used on Carbone templates?"
What it does
list_templates: List the deployed Carbone templates, newest first. Each template has ID, version ID, name, file type, category, comment, tags, upload origin (0 API, 1 Studio, 2 Salesforce, 3 Odoo, 4 HubSpot), size and timestamps.search_templates: Search Carbone templates by name (fuzzy), or by exact template ID or version ID. Each template has ID, version ID, name, file type, category, comment, tags, upload origin (0 API, 1 Studio, 2 Salesforce, 3 Odoo, 4 HubSpot), size and timestamps.list_template_versions: List every deployed version of one Carbone template, newest first, with version ID and timestamps.list_template_categories: List the categories used by your Carbone templates, sorted by name.list_template_tags: List the tags used by your Carbone templates, sorted by name.
BYOK key
You bring your own Carbone API token (production or test) (https://account.carbone.io). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.carbone.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
Notices
Read-only. Only template metadata is listed; no documents are generated, so no render credits are used.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Carbone. Carbone and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
