What Clockodo (BYOK) is for

Clockodo (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Clockodo data through the Clockodo API with a key you supply (Clockodo API key). Read-only: 8 tools (get_current_user, list_time_entries, get_running_clock, list_customers, list_projects, list_services, list_users, list_teams). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to my.clockodo.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Clockodo. Clockodo and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Clockodo user am I connected as?"
  • "What time entries were booked in Clockodo last week?"
  • "Is my Clockodo clock running right now?"
  • "Which customers exist in Clockodo?"
  • "Which projects are active in Clockodo and when are they due?"
  • "What services can I book time on in Clockodo?"

What it does

  • get_current_user: Show the Clockodo user the API key belongs to: name, email, role, team, language, time zone and start date.
  • list_time_entries: List time entries (and lump-sum entries) between two moments with customer, project, service, user, text, start, end and duration in seconds. Both time_since and time_until are required; paged.
  • get_running_clock: Show the time entry that is currently running for the key's user (or a given user id) and the last stopped one.
  • list_customers: List customers with number, active flag, billable default and note. Paged.
  • list_projects: List projects with customer id, number, active and completed flags, deadline, start date, subproject count and budget settings. Paged.
  • list_services: List services (activity types that time is booked against) with number, active flag and note. Paged.
  • list_users: List the users of the account with email, role, team, active flag, start and exit date. Paged.
  • list_teams: List teams with leader user id and member user ids. Paged.

BYOK key

You bring your own Clockodo Clockodo API key (https://my.clockodo.com/en/users/editself). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to my.clockodo.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Clockodo API (my.clockodo.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.clockodo.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Clockodo. Clockodo and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Clockodo account.
