What Cloudflare Workers Platform (BYOK) is for

Cloudflare Workers Platform (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Cloudflare Workers Platform data through the Cloudflare Workers Platform API with a key you supply (Cloudflare API token with Workers, KV, D1, Queues or Vectorize read permission). Read-only: 11 tools (list_kv_namespaces, list_d1_databases, get_d1_database, list_queues, list_hyperdrive_configs, list_vectorize_indexes, get_vectorize_index_info, list_workflows, list_worker_domains, get_workers_subdomain, get_worker_cron_triggers). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.cloudflare.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cloudflare Workers Platform. Cloudflare Workers Platform and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which KV namespaces do I have?"
  • "Which D1 databases are in my account?"
  • "How big is my D1 database app-db?"
  • "Which Cloudflare Queues exist and are any paused?"
  • "Which Hyperdrive configs do I have and is caching on?"
  • "Which Vectorize indexes do I have?"

What it does

  • list_kv_namespaces: List Workers KV namespaces with id and title.
  • list_d1_databases: List D1 databases with name, id, version and creation date.
  • get_d1_database: Get one D1 database: size in bytes, number of tables, jurisdiction and read-replication mode.
  • list_queues: List Cloudflare Queues with producer and consumer counts, retention period and delivery settings.
  • list_hyperdrive_configs: List Hyperdrive configurations (database connection pools) with name, caching settings and connection limit. Origin credentials are not returned.
  • list_vectorize_indexes: List Vectorize indexes with dimensions, distance metric and creation date.
  • get_vectorize_index_info: Get a Vectorize index's vector count, dimensions and the time up to which writes have been processed.
  • list_workflows: List Cloudflare Workflows with the Worker script and class they run and their cron schedules.
  • list_worker_domains: List the custom domains attached to Workers with hostname, Worker service, environment and zone.
  • get_workers_subdomain: Get the account's workers.dev subdomain.
  • get_worker_cron_triggers: Get the cron triggers of one Worker script with their cron expressions.

BYOK key

You bring your own Cloudflare Workers Platform Cloudflare API token with Workers, KV, D1, Queues or Vectorize read permission (https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.cloudflare.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Cloudflare Workers Platform API (api.cloudflare.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not
