What Cloudinary Config (BYOK) is for
Cloudinary Config (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Cloudinary Config data through the Cloudinary Config API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 9 tools (list_upload_presets, get_upload_preset, list_transformations, get_transformation, list_metadata_fields, get_metadata_field, list_streaming_profiles, get_streaming_profile, list_upload_mappings). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.cloudinary.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cloudinary Config. Cloudinary Config and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which upload presets are defined in my Cloudinary account?"
- "What are the settings of my Cloudinary upload preset remote_media?"
- "Which named transformations does my Cloudinary account have?"
- "Show Cloudinary transformation w_150,h_100,c_fill and what uses it."
- "Which structured metadata fields are defined in my Cloudinary account?"
- "How is the Cloudinary metadata field in_stock defined?"
What it does
list_upload_presets: List the upload presets of the Cloudinary account with name, signed or unsigned mode and the preset settings (tags, allowed formats, eager transformations). Page with next_cursor.get_upload_preset: Get one upload preset: name, signed or unsigned mode and all settings.list_transformations: List stored image and video transformations (named and unnamed) with name, whether allowed for strict mode and whether used. Page with next_cursor.get_transformation: Get one transformation by name or by its parameters: whether named, used and strict-allowed, the parsed parameters and derived assets.list_metadata_fields: List the structured metadata field definitions with type, external ID, label, mandatory flag, default value and UI restrictions.get_metadata_field: Get one structured metadata field definition by external ID.list_streaming_profiles: List the adaptive streaming profiles (built-in and custom) with name, display name and whether predefined.get_streaming_profile: Get one streaming profile with its representations (resolution, bit rate and codec of each rendition).list_upload_mappings: List the upload mappings (folder to remote URL prefix) of the account. Page with next_cursor.
BYOK key
You bring your own Cloudinary Config API key (https://console.cloudinary.com/app/settings/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.cloudinary.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
Notices
This connector uses Cloudinary's default API endpoint (api.cloudinary.com). Accounts on the EU or Asia-Pacific data center endpoints are not supported. The Admin API is rate limited by Cloudinary.
