What CloudTalk (BYOK) is for

CloudTalk (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own CloudTalk data through the CloudTalk API with a key you supply (API Access Key ID). Read-only: 7 tools (list_groups, list_campaigns, list_numbers, list_contact_tags, list_contact_attributes, get_group_statistics, list_call_history). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to my.cloudtalk.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CloudTalk. CloudTalk and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which agent groups exist in CloudTalk?"
  • "Which CloudTalk campaigns are active?"
  • "Which phone numbers do we have in CloudTalk and are any unused?"
  • "Which contact tags are defined in CloudTalk?"
  • "What contact attributes can I use in CloudTalk?"
  • "How is each CloudTalk group doing today: abandon rate and waiting times?"

What it does

  • list_groups: List the agent groups (queues) of the account with their ids and internal names. Paged.
  • list_campaigns: List the dialer campaigns of the account (status, schedule, recording, linked group and agent). Pass id for one campaign. Paged.
  • list_numbers: List the phone numbers of the account with country code, internal name and what each is routed to (group, agent, conference room or fax). Paged.
  • list_contact_tags: List the contact tags defined in the account. Pass id for one tag. Paged.
  • list_contact_attributes: List the custom attributes that can be set on a contact.
  • get_group_statistics: Show today's live statistics of every group: agents, answered and unanswered calls, abandon rate, average call duration and waiting times.
  • list_call_history: List calls (newest first) with type, status, timings, internal and external numbers and recording flag. Filter by date range, type, status, agent or call id. Paged.

BYOK key

You bring your own CloudTalk API Access Key ID (https://dashboard.cloudtalk.io/menu/account/settings/API-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to my.cloudtalk.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Uses the CloudTalk v1 REST API (my.cloudtalk.io) with HTTP Basic authentication: the Access Key ID is the user and the Access Key Secret the password.

Data sources

Live from the CloudTalk API (my.cloudtalk.io) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://help.cloudtalk.io/api-reference/overview. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CloudTalk. CloudTalk and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your CloudTalk account.
