What Concord (BYOK) is for

Concord (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Concord data through the Concord API with a key you supply (Concord API key). Read-only: 12 tools (get_me, list_my_organizations, get_organization, list_members, list_folders, list_folder_agreements, get_agreement, get_agreement_summary, list_agreement_versions, list_tags, list_reports, list_organization_events). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.concordnow.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Concord. Concord and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Concord account is my API key connected to?"
  • "Which Concord organizations am I part of?"
  • "What plan and region is Concord organization 1234 on?"
  • "Who are the members of Concord organization 1234?"
  • "Show the folder structure of Concord organization 1234"
  • "Which contracts are in Concord folder 2?"

What it does

  • get_me: Show the Concord user the API key belongs to: id, name, email, time zone and current organization id.
  • list_my_organizations: List the Concord organizations the user belongs to, with the user's role in each.
  • get_organization: Get one Concord organization: name, plan, region, subsidiaries and whether AI features are on.
  • list_members: List members of a Concord organization with role, groups and active flag; paged by start and limit.
  • list_folders: Get the folder tree of a Concord organization with document counts and sub-folders.
  • list_folder_agreements: List agreements in one Concord folder with status, dates, signature counts and tags; paged and searchable.
  • get_agreement: Get one Concord agreement: title, status, folder, tags, permission, creator and creation date.
  • get_agreement_summary: Get the lifecycle summary of a Concord agreement: description, signature date, end date, renewal and termination data.
  • list_agreement_versions: List the versions of a Concord agreement with date, type and author.
  • list_tags: List the tags of a Concord organization, optionally with usage counts per document type.
  • list_reports: List saved agreement reports of a Concord organization with their filters and update time.
  • list_organization_events: List organization events (agreements created, signed, viewed, users added) in a date range of at most the documented window.

BYOK key

You bring your own Concord Concord API key (https://api.doc.concordnow.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.concordnow.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Concord API (api.concordnow.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://api.doc.concordnow.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Concord. Concord and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Concord account.
