What Convoy (BYOK) is for

Convoy (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Convoy data through the Convoy API with a key you supply (Convoy API key (personal key to list projects, project key otherwise)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_projects, get_project, get_endpoint, get_endpoint_failure_rates, list_event_types, get_event, get_event_delivery, list_delivery_attempts, get_subscription). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to us.getconvoy.cloud, eu.getconvoy.cloud. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Convoy. Convoy and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Convoy projects does my organisation have?"
  • "Show my Convoy project billing-events"
  • "Is Convoy endpoint 01H3... active and how many deliveries failed?"
  • "What is the failure rate of my Convoy endpoints this week?"
  • "Which event types are defined in my Convoy project?"
  • "What happened to Convoy event 01H3...?"

What it does

  • list_projects: List the webhook projects of an organisation with id, name, type (incoming or outgoing) and dates. Needs a personal API key. The answer wraps the result in status, message and data.
  • get_project: Get one project: name, type, organisation, retention count and whether endpoints, sources, subscriptions and events exist yet.
  • get_endpoint: Get one endpoint: name, URL, status, retry and rate limit settings, circuit-breaker state and delivery counters (signing secrets are not returned).
  • get_endpoint_failure_rates: Get delivery success, failure and retry counts and the failure rate of up to several endpoints over a period.
  • list_event_types: List the event types defined in a project with category, description and deprecation date.
  • get_event: Get one event: type, status, source, endpoints it was sent to, failure reason and creation time (payload and headers are not returned).
  • get_event_delivery: Get one event delivery: event, endpoint, status, target URL, latency, retry count and next send time.
  • list_delivery_attempts: List the delivery attempts of one event delivery with endpoint, HTTP status, error, method, URL and times (headers and bodies are not returned).
  • get_subscription: Get one subscription: name, type, the event types it filters on and creation time.

BYOK key

You bring your own Convoy Convoy API key (personal key to list projects, project key otherwise) (https://getconvoy.io/docs/guides/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to us.getconvoy.cloud, eu.getconvoy.cloud over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Convoy API (us.getconvoy.cloud, eu.getconvoy.cloud) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://getconvoy.io/docs. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Convoy. Convoy and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Convoy account.
