What Cursor Cloud Agents (BYOK) is for
Cursor Cloud Agents (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Cursor Cloud Agents data through the Cursor Cloud Agents API with a key you supply (Cursor API key). Read-only: 8 tools (get_api_key_info, list_models, list_agents, get_agent, list_agent_runs, get_run, get_agent_usage, list_environments). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.cursor.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cursor Cloud Agents. Cursor Cloud Agents and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Cursor API key am I using and when was it created?"
- "Which models can I use for Cursor cloud agents?"
- "Which Cursor cloud agents are active right now?"
- "Show details of Cursor agent bc-00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001"
- "What runs has Cursor agent bc-00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001 had?"
- "Did Cursor run run-00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001 finish?"

BYOK key
You bring your own Cursor Cloud Agents Cursor API key (https://cursor.com/dashboard/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.cursor.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
