What CVAT projects, tasks, jobs, labels and quality reports (your token) is for

CVAT projects, tasks, jobs, labels and quality reports (your token) lets an AI assistant read your own CVAT data through the CVAT API with a key you supply (CVAT personal access token). Read-only: 11 tools (get_server_info, list_projects, get_project, list_tasks, get_task, get_task_creation_status, list_jobs, list_labels, list_cloud_storages, list_organizations, list_quality_reports). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.cvat.ai.   • "Which of my CVAT projects are still in annotation?"

  • "Is CVAT task 101 finished processing its data?"

What it does

  • get_server_info: Show the CVAT server's name, version and description.
  • list_projects: List CVAT projects with owner, status, dimension and creation and update times. Filter by status or search text.
  • get_project: Get one CVAT project by id: owner, status, dimension, storage locations and task count.
  • list_tasks: List CVAT tasks with status, media type, size in frames, project and job counts. Filter by project, status, media type or name.
  • get_task: Get one CVAT task by id: status, mode, media type, frame count, segment size, job counts and dates.
  • get_task_creation_status: Check whether a CVAT task has finished being created from its uploaded data: state, progress and message.
  • list_jobs: List CVAT jobs with stage, state, frame range, task and project, and open issue count. Filter by task, project, stage or state.
  • list_labels: List the annotation labels of a project, task or job with color, type and attribute definitions.
  • list_cloud_storages: List cloud storage connections (S3, Azure container, Google Cloud Storage) with provider, resource name and credential type. Credentials are not returned.
  • list_organizations: List the CVAT organizations the account belongs to with slug, name and creation date.
  • list_quality_reports: List annotation quality reports for jobs, tasks or projects with conflict and error counts and validation frame share.

BYOK key

You bring your own CVAT CVAT personal access token (https://docs.cvat.ai/docs/api_sdk/access_tokens/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.cvat.ai over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
