What Dodo Payments (BYOK) is for

Dodo Payments (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Dodo Payments data through the Dodo Payments API with a key you supply (Dodo Payments API key with read access (live mode)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_payments, get_payment, list_subscriptions, get_subscription, list_customers, list_products, list_refunds, list_disputes, list_payouts, list_balance_ledger). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to live.dodopayments.com. What it does

  • list_payments: List payments newest first with status, total amount (smallest currency unit), currency, customer, subscription, refund and dispute status and invoice link.
  • get_payment: Get one payment by id with status, amount, currency, customer, refund status and invoice link.
  • list_subscriptions: List subscriptions with status, product, recurring pre-tax amount (smallest currency unit), billing interval, next billing date and cancel flag.
  • get_subscription: Get one subscription by id with status, product, amount, interval, trial, billing dates and cancellation info.
  • list_customers: List customers with name, email and creation time. Filter by email, name or creation date.
  • list_products: List products with name, price (smallest currency unit), currency, recurring flag, tax category and update time.
  • list_refunds: List refunds with status, amount, currency, reason and the payment they belong to.
  • list_disputes: List payment disputes with stage, status, amount, currency and the payment involved.
  • list_payouts: List payouts to your bank with status, amount, fee, tax, refunds and chargebacks deducted, currency and payout date.
  • list_balance_ledger: List balance ledger entries (payments, refunds, fees, payouts) with amount, before and after balance and USD equivalent.

BYOK key

You bring your own Dodo Payments Dodo Payments API key with read access (live mode) (https://docs.dodopayments.com/api-reference/introduction). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to live.dodopayments.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
