What Doppler (BYOK) is for
Doppler (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Doppler data through the Doppler API with a key you supply (Doppler personal, service account or CLI token). Read-only: 9 tools (get_token_info, get_workplace, list_projects, list_environments, list_configs, list_activity_logs, list_config_logs, list_groups, list_workplace_users). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.doppler.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Doppler. Doppler and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Doppler workplace is my token for?"
- "What is my Doppler workplace called?"
- "Which Doppler projects do we have?"
- "Which environments does the Doppler project compression have?"
- "Which Doppler configs exist for the compression project and when were they last fetched?"
- "What changed in Doppler recently?"
What it does
get_token_info: Show what the token is: its name, type, creation and last-seen time and the workplace it belongs to. The token itself is not returned.get_workplace: Show the Doppler workplace: id, name and billing and security contact emails.list_projects: List projects with slug, name, description and creation time. Optionally keep only projects carrying every one of the given tags.list_environments: List the environments (for example dev, staging, production) of one project.list_configs: List the configs of one project, optionally for one environment, with lock state, root flag and first and last fetch times. Secret values are not part of this call.list_activity_logs: List workplace activity log entries (who changed what, as a text line) newest first, without user details.list_config_logs: List the change log of one config (as text lines with time and rollback flag), without user details.list_groups: List workplace groups with name, slug and the default project role.list_workplace_users: List workplace members with their access level and join time. Names are returned; email addresses are not.
BYOK key
You bring your own Doppler Doppler personal, service account or CLI token (https://docs.doppler.com/reference/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.doppler.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Doppler. Doppler and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Doppler account.
