What ElevenLabs Workspace (BYOK) is for

ElevenLabs Workspace (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own ElevenLabs Workspace data through the ElevenLabs Workspace API with a key you supply (API key (workspace admin permissions needed for some endpoints)). Read-only: 8 tools (get_workspace_usage, list_api_requests, list_webhooks, list_service_accounts, list_auth_connections, list_agent_secret_names, get_agent_settings, get_agent_dashboard_settings). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.elevenlabs.io. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "How many ElevenLabs credits did each product use per day last week?"
  • "Which ElevenLabs API requests did my workspace make in the last day?"
  • "Which webhooks are set up in my ElevenLabs workspace and are any failing?"
  • "Which service accounts exist in my ElevenLabs workspace?"
  • "Are all my ElevenLabs agent auth connections still active?"
  • "Which secrets are stored for my ElevenLabs agents?"

What it does

  • get_workspace_usage: Get credit usage by product over a time range as a table (columns, units and rows), bucketed by interval. Times are Unix milliseconds, not before 2020-01-01.
  • list_api_requests: List recent API requests of the workspace as a table (columns and rows) between a start and optional end time, newest or oldest first.
  • list_webhooks: List workspace webhooks with name, id, auth type, disabled flags, creation time and most recent failure code (callback URLs are not returned).
  • list_service_accounts: List workspace service accounts with name, id and creation time (API key details are not returned).
  • list_auth_connections: List workspace auth connections used by agent integrations with name, provider, auth type, status and last status update.
  • list_agent_secret_names: List the names and ids of agent workspace secrets (secret values are never returned). Page size up to 100.
  • get_agent_settings: Get workspace-level agent settings: MCP availability, data retention days, default LiveKit stack and post-call webhook event types.
  • get_agent_dashboard_settings: Get the charts configured on the agent analytics dashboard with type and name.

BYOK key

You bring your own ElevenLabs Workspace API key (workspace admin permissions needed for some endpoints) (https://elevenlabs.io/app/settings/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.elevenlabs.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
