What Eventzilla (BYOK) is for

Eventzilla (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Eventzilla data through the Eventzilla API with a key you supply (Eventzilla API key). Read-only: 6 tools (list_events, get_event, list_event_ticket_types, list_event_attendees, list_event_transactions, list_categories). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to www.eventzillaapi.net.   • "What ticket types and prices does Eventzilla event 2138988852 have?"
  • "Who is registered for Eventzilla event 2138988852 and who has checked in?"
  • "What is the order revenue of Eventzilla event 2138988852?"
  • "Which Eventzilla event categories can I filter by?"

What it does

  • list_events: List the account's events with title, status, dates, venue, categories, tickets sold and total capacity, and public URL.
  • get_event: Get one event's details: title, status, dates and times, time zone, venue, categories, currency, tickets sold and capacity, language and URL.
  • list_event_ticket_types: List an event's ticket types with title, price, total quantity, sales window, ticket type label and visibility.
  • list_event_attendees: List an event's attendees with name, ticket type, check-in status (is_attended), order reference and transaction status; email addresses are not returned.
  • list_event_transactions: List an event's orders (transactions) with reference, date, amount, ticket count, status, payment type, promo code, fees and buyer name; buyer email is not returned.
  • list_categories: List the event category names available to the account.

BYOK key

You bring your own Eventzilla Eventzilla API key (https://developer.eventzilla.net/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to www.eventzillaapi.net over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
