What Fatture in Cloud (BYOK) is for

Fatture in Cloud (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Fatture in Cloud data through the Fatture in Cloud API with a key you supply (manual access token (read scopes)). Read-only: 12 tools (get_user_info, get_company_info, list_issued_documents, get_issued_document, list_received_documents, list_clients, list_suppliers, list_products, list_payment_accounts, list_vat_types, list_cashbook_entries, get_receipts_monthly_totals). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api-v2.fattureincloud.it. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fatture in Cloud. Fatture in Cloud and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Fatture in Cloud user is my token for?"
  • "What plan is my Fatture in Cloud company on and when does it expire?"
  • "List my latest issued invoices with totals"
  • "Show the details of issued document 12345"
  • "What expenses did I record this year?"
  • "Which clients do I have in Fatture in Cloud?"

What it does

  • get_user_info: Show the Fatture in Cloud user the token belongs to: id and name.
  • get_company_info: Show the company behind the token: name, type, plan name and licence expiry for the invoicing product.
  • list_issued_documents: List documents your company issued (invoices, quotes, proforma, credit notes, receipts, orders) of one type, with totals and customer name. Pages of up to 100 rows.
  • get_issued_document: Get one issued document by id with number, date, customer, net, VAT and gross amounts.
  • list_received_documents: List documents your company received (expenses, supplier credit notes, self-invoices) of one type, with supplier and amounts.
  • list_clients: List customers in the registry with name, type, VAT number, city and country (contact and bank details are not returned).
  • list_suppliers: List suppliers in the registry with name, type, VAT number, city and country (contact details are not returned).
  • list_products: List the product and service catalogue with code, net and gross price, category and stock flag.
  • list_payment_accounts: List the payment accounts (bank, cash, card) defined for the company. IBAN is not returned.
  • list_vat_types: List the VAT rates and exemptions available to the company with their percentage value.
  • list_cashbook_entries: List cashbook movements (money in or out linked to documents) between two dates.
  • get_receipts_monthly_totals: Get net, gross and count of receipts for each month of a year (twelve rows, January first).

BYOK key

You bring your own Fatture in Cloud manual access token (read scopes) (https://developers.fattureincloud.it/docs/basics/authentication/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api-v2.fattureincloud.it over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Fatture in Cloud API (api-v2.fattureincloud.it) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developers.fattureincloud.it/api-reference. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fatture in Cloud. Fatture in Cloud and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Fatture in Cloud account.
