What Fincra (BYOK) is for

Fincra (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Fincra data through the Fincra API with a key you supply (Fincra secret API key). Read-only: 7 tools (get_business_info, list_wallets, get_wallet, list_conversions, get_conversion, get_rates, list_banks). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.fincra.com.   • "What is my Fincra business ID and is it KYC approved?"
  • "How much do I hold in each Fincra currency wallet?"
  • "What is the available balance of Fincra wallet 621?"
  • "Which Fincra currency conversions settled recently?"
  • "What is the status of Fincra conversion 38171f14?"
  • "What is the Fincra EUR to NGN sell rate?"

What it does

  • get_business_info: Get your Fincra parent business profile: name, type, country, status, KYC approval, block state, business tag and fee settings (contact details and keys are left out).
  • list_wallets: List all Fincra wallets (balances) of a business with currency, ledger, available, locked and rolling reserve balance, wallet number and status.
  • get_wallet: Get one Fincra wallet by its ID with currency and its ledger, available and locked balances.
  • list_conversions: List currency conversions of a business with source and destination currency, amounts, fees, exchange rates, status and settlement dates.
  • get_conversion: Get one currency conversion by its reference with amounts, source and destination fees, exchange rates, status and settlement time.
  • get_rates: Get the current buy and sell FX rates for all supported Fincra currency pairs.
  • list_banks: List banks, mobile money operators or cash pickup providers enabled in a country or currency, with provider code, name, SWIFT/BIC and NIBSS code.

BYOK key

You bring your own Fincra Fincra secret API key (https://app.fincra.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.fincra.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
