What Focus NFe (BYOK) is for

Focus NFe (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Focus NFe data through the Focus NFe API with a key you supply (Focus NFe production token (company or main account token)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_companies, get_nfe, get_nfse, list_received_nfes, list_webhooks, lookup_cnpj, search_ncm_codes, search_cfop_codes, search_cnae_codes, search_postal_codes, list_municipalities). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.focusnfe.com.br. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Focus NFe. Focus NFe and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which companies and document types are set up on my Focus NFe account?"
  • "Was NF-e reference pedido-1042 authorized by SEFAZ?"
  • "Was service invoice reference servico-77 issued?"
  • "Which invoices were issued against my company and are still pending manifestation?"
  • "Which Focus NFe webhook triggers do I have?"
  • "Is CNPJ 12345678000123 active, and is it a Simples Nacional taxpayer?"

What it does

  • list_companies: List the companies registered on your Focus NFe account: id, legal and trade name, CNPJ, tax regime, location, enabled document types and certificate validity (credentials, tokens, SMTP and contact data are left out).
  • get_nfe: Get the processing status of an NF-e you issued, by your reference: status, SEFAZ status code and message, access key, number, series and paths to the XML and DANFe.
  • get_nfse: Get the status of a service invoice (NFS-e) you issued, by your reference: status, number, verification code, issue date and links to the note and XML (customer data is left out).
  • list_received_nfes: List the NF-e invoices issued against a company (received invoices) with emitter, total value, issue date, status and the recipient manifestation.
  • list_webhooks: List the webhook triggers registered for your token: id, event type and company (the delivery URL and its authorization secret are left out).
  • lookup_cnpj: Look up a Brazilian company registration by CNPJ: legal name, registration status, main CNAE, Simples Nacional and MEI flags and address.
  • search_ncm_codes: Search NCM product classification codes by code prefix, description or chapter.
  • search_cfop_codes: Search CFOP fiscal operation codes by code prefix or description.
  • search_cnae_codes: Search CNAE economic activity codes by code or description, with their section, division, group and class.
  • search_postal_codes: Search Brazilian CEP postal codes by IBGE city code, state, street name or locality.
  • list_municipalities: List Brazilian municipalities with their IBGE code, state and NFS-e support: provider, requirements and status.

BYOK key

You bring your own Focus NFe Focus NFe production token (company or main account token) (https://doc.focusnfe.com.br/reference/autenticacao). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.focusnfe.com.br over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
