Freshservice On-call and CAB (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Freshservice On-call and CAB data through the Freshservice On-call and CAB API with a key you supply (Freshservice API key). Read-only: 5 tools (list_oncall_schedules, list_escalation_policies, list_cabs, list_pir_templates, list_custom_objects). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to *.freshservice.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Freshservice On-call and CAB. Freshservice On-call and CAB and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
