Read-only: 12 tools (get_org_cache_usage, list_org_cache_usage_by_repository, get_repo_cache_usage, get_cache_retention_limit, get_cache_storage_limit, list_hosted_runners, get_hosted_runner_limits, list_hosted_runner_machine_sizes, list_runner_groups, get_org_actions_permissions, get_allowed_actions, get_workflow_run_timing). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.github.com.
