What Gleap (BYOK) is for
Gleap (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Gleap data through the Gleap API with a key you supply (API key (Project Settings > Security)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_tickets, get_ticket, search_tickets, get_ticket_counts, list_help_collections, list_collection_articles, list_teams, get_article_stats). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.gleap.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Gleap. Gleap and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "What high-priority bugs are open in Gleap?"
- "Show me Gleap ticket 507f1f77bcf86cd799439011"
- "Find Gleap tickets that mention checkout errors"
- "How many Gleap tickets are in each status?"
- "What help center collections exist in Gleap?"
- "Which articles are in Gleap help collection 507f1f77bcf86cd799439011?"
What it does
list_tickets: List tickets (bugs, feature requests, inquiries, AI bot conversations), most recent activity first, filtered by type, status or priority. Up to 500 per call; page with skip.get_ticket: Get one ticket by id with its form data, type, status, priority, assignee and timestamps.search_tickets: Full-text search over tickets and their comments, at most 30 hits ordered by relevance.get_ticket_counts: Count tickets per status (archived, hidden, spam and merged tickets are excluded); optionally limited to one ticket type.list_help_collections: List help center collections (top level by default) with description, audience, article count and sub-collection count.list_collection_articles: List every article of one help center collection, published and draft, with title, tags and draft flag.list_teams: List the support teams with members, assignment method, ticket limits and opening hours.get_article_stats: Count the live and draft help center articles of the project.
BYOK key
You bring your own Gleap API key (Project Settings > Security) (https://docs.gleap.ai/documentation/server/api-overview). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.gleap.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
Notices
Uses the Gleap admin REST API of the EU data region (api.gleap.io). Projects in the US region (api.us.gleap.ai) are not supported.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Gleap.
