What GlitchTip (BYOK) is for

GlitchTip (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own GlitchTip data through the GlitchTip API with a key you supply (GlitchTip API auth token (GlitchTip Cloud)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_organizations, list_projects, list_issues, get_issue, list_project_events, list_releases, list_monitors, list_monitor_checks, list_status_pages). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.glitchtip.com.   • "What releases are tracked in GlitchTip?"

What it does

  • list_organizations: List the GlitchTip organizations the token can access with slug, creation date and whether they accept events.
  • list_projects: List the projects of an organization with platform, creation date and first event time.
  • list_issues: List error issues of an organization with title, culprit, level, status (unresolved, resolved, ignored), event and user counts and first and last seen. Supports a search query and sorting.
  • get_issue: Get one issue by numeric id: title, culprit, level, status, counts, first and last seen, project and comment count.
  • list_project_events: List recent error events of a project with title, message, culprit, platform and time. Event payload details are not returned.
  • list_releases: List releases of an organization with version, creation and release date, commit and deploy counts and projects.
  • list_monitors: List uptime monitors with type, URL, interval in seconds, whether up now, last status change and project.
  • list_monitor_checks: List recent checks of one uptime monitor with time, up/down result and response time in ms.
  • list_status_pages: List status pages of an organization with name, slug and whether public.

BYOK key

You bring your own GlitchTip GlitchTip API auth token (GlitchTip Cloud) (https://app.glitchtip.com/api/docs). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.glitchtip.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
