What HighLevel (BYOK) is for
HighLevel (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own HighLevel data through the HighLevel API with a key you supply (HighLevel private integration token (read scopes)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_campaigns, list_workflows, list_forms, list_form_submissions, list_blogs, list_blog_posts, list_pipelines, search_opportunities, list_contacts, get_contact, list_social_accounts). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to services.leadconnectorhq.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HighLevel. HighLevel and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which HighLevel campaigns do I have?"
- "Which automations are set up in my HighLevel account?"
- "Which forms do I have in HighLevel?"
- "Who submitted forms in HighLevel this month?"
- "Which blogs does my HighLevel account host?"
- "What blog posts are published on my HighLevel blog?"
What it does
list_campaigns: List the email campaigns of a sub-account with status, optionally only one status such as draft.list_workflows: List the automation workflows of a sub-account with status, version and last update time.list_forms: List the forms of a sub-account (page with skip and limit, at most 50 per call).list_form_submissions: List form submissions of a sub-account with contact, form, name, email and time; filter by form, text and dates.list_blogs: List the blog sites of a sub-account; the id is needed to list posts.list_blog_posts: List the posts of one blog with title, status, author, slug, categories, tags and publish time.list_pipelines: List the sales pipelines of a sub-account with their stages.search_opportunities: Search opportunities (deals) of a sub-account by text, pipeline, stage, status, contact or campaign, with value and source.list_contacts: List contacts of a sub-account with email, source, tags and date added; search with query and page with start_after_id.get_contact: Get one contact: name, email, phone, company, source, tags, dates and marketing attribution (campaign and UTM fields).list_social_accounts: List the social media accounts connected to a sub-account's social planner.
BYOK key
You bring your own HighLevel HighLevel private integration token (read scopes) (https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000003054-private-integrations-everything-you-need-to-know). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to services.leadconnectorhq.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
